Karen Gillan Shares Images From Jumanji 4 Set, And Holy Abs

I’m really enjoying the photos and updates coming from the set of Jumanji 4. Karen Gillan‘s recent posts are especially fun – she shared a look at the movie set, some sweet pictures with the cast and crew, and showed off her amazing physique in the classic Ruby Roundhouse costume.

As we previously discussed, filming for Jumanji 4 has been underway for several months, and the cast is sharing a lot of behind-the-scenes content. Karen Gillan, in particular, has been consistently posting fun photos on Instagram. Her latest post included some photos showing off her impressive physique and giving fans a glimpse of how much the cast is enjoying making the movie. Check it out!

Let’s take a look at these pictures. First, there’s a cute photo of the Guardians of the Galaxy actress with a nutcracker while filming. She looks fantastic in Ruby’s crop top and shorts, and it’s obvious she’s very fit.

From behind-the-scenes photos, it looks like Jumanji 4 might be set during the holidays and possibly take place in the real world, rather than inside a video game. This is just a theory based on the available photos, and hasn’t been officially confirmed.

The second and fourth pictures show Gillan happily posing with what looks like her hair and makeup artists. It’s a really cute moment, and it makes me think about how the cast and crew celebrated her birthday while filming. It really highlights how close everyone on set seems to be.

I especially love the third photo. It shows Karen Gillan, the actress from The Life of Chuck, with what looks like her child and her co-star, Jack Black. Seeing the happiness on Gillan’s face combined with Black’s goofy look just makes me really happy.

She finished her post with a picture of herself holding a child and looking at a storyboard. Knowing she’s a Marvel actress and used to keeping things under wraps, she cleverly covered the part of the image that would have given away details about the filming with a playful spoiler warning.

Although the cast of Jumanji has been sharing updates from filming, we still don’t know much about the plot. We’ve seen Kevin Hart’s posts about his stunt doubles, but it’s unclear what kind of adventures Mouse and the other characters will have this time around.

The original cast is returning for the new Jumanji movie, and they’re in excellent condition and working diligently. Good news for fans – Jumanji 4 is scheduled to be released on December 11, 2026.
