Kat Graham Is Pregnant, Expecting First Baby With Husband Bryant Wood

Kat Graham is stepping into a new role: mommy.

Actress Kat Graham, known for her role in The Vampire Diaries, announced she is pregnant with her first child with husband Bryant Wood. She shared the news on Instagram with a series of photos showing off her baby bump, with Bryant lovingly kissing her belly.

Kat captioned the sweet polaroids, “We’re having a baby!!!”

Bryant took to the comments to also share his excitement, writing, “We are ready!”

The 36-year-old didn’t reveal much about her pregnancy, but she excitedly shared the news on Instagram. She posted about it with Rick James’ song “Give It to Me Baby,” and added the message, “Baby on Board.”

Kat shared some exciting news that her friends were thrilled about, including Nikki Reed, who is married to Kat’s Vampire Diaries costar, Ian Somerhalder. Nikki wrote a congratulatory message, saying how happy she was and reminiscing about meaningful conversations they’d had over the summer, adding a heart emoji.

Kat’s Vampire Diaries colleague Candice King excitedly wrote, “Congratulations!” Nathalie Kelly added, “What a lucky child to have such a wonderful mother.”

Kat and Bryant recently announced they’re expecting a baby. This news comes just three months after their second wedding, a small ceremony in California this August. They originally eloped and had a civil ceremony back in 2023.

After their wedding, Kat and Bryant hinted they want to have children. The actress, known for her role in How It Ends, shared that the wedding gave her a fresh outlook, especially after grieving the loss of her mother.

Kat shared with The Knot in October that her wedding day was the first time she truly felt connected to the idea of family. She explained that she’d always avoided thinking about family because she’d experienced loss, but seeing everyone together at the wedding finally made it real and was ‘the best day’ for her.

For Bryant, he teased how he and his wife were ready for their next chapter.

Bryant shared that he and his partner are happy with where they are in life, both professionally and in their relationship. They’re hoping to become parents when the time is right.
