Kevin Federline Says Britney Spears Stood in Sons’ Room With Knife

Kevin Federline discusses his former wife Britney Spears and how she reportedly behaved with their sons, Sean, 20, and Jayden, 19, in his upcoming memoir, *You Thought You Knew*, which will be released on October 21st.

In his memoir, Kevin describes waking up at night to find his mother standing in the doorway, silently watching him and his family sleep. She would simply say, “Oh, you’re awake,” while holding a knife, then quietly walk away without saying anything else, according to an excerpt from *The New York Times* published on October 14th.

Following the release of Kevin Federline’s book, a representative for Britney Spears told TopMob News that he and others are once again making money from her story, especially now that child support payments have ended. Britney’s main concern is the well-being of her children amidst all the public attention, and she has already shared her own side of the story in her memoir.

Elsewhere in his memoir, Kevin expresses his concern for Britney’s ongoing welfare.

According to the *New York Times*, he concludes in the second-to-last chapter of his book that the situation surrounding Britney Spears seems to be quickly heading toward a point of no return.

He admitted things can’t be ignored any longer. He feels time is running out, and a crisis is looming if they don’t make changes. He’s most worried about the difficult consequences his sons will have to deal with.

Kevin told The New York Times that although he and Britney haven’t talked for years, he’s always supported her.

As a longtime observer of family dynamics, I can tell you that navigating these situations is incredibly complex. In a recent interview, I shared that my focus has always been on fostering a strong bond between my sons and their mother, Britney. It’s heartbreaking, though, because my children haven’t had the chance to truly know the woman I fell in love with and married. It’s a difficult situation, and my priority remains their well-being and connection with both parents.

He added, “I’ve spent two decades trying to bridge that gap.”

He says they urgently need your help, according to the New York Times. He’s protected them for years, but the situation has grown too large for him to handle alone, and he feels it’s time to raise a serious warning.

In her memoir, *The Woman in Me*, released in October 2023, Britney Spears discussed the difficult custody battle she had with Kevin Federline. She described being overwhelmed with sadness when he was eventually granted sole custody in 2007.

Kevin told The New York Times that despite not talking to Britney for several years, he’s always supported her.
