Khloe Kardashian Reveals How Her Family Handles Money-Splitting Costs

Khloe Kardashianis keeping up with her family’s financial tabs. 

Khloé Kardashian, founder of Good American, revealed the system she and her sisters – Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner – use to share expenses on things they buy together.

Khloe, 41, shared on her podcast, Khloe in Wonder Land, that she and her sisters don’t use Venmo. Instead, they take turns paying when they go out together. She explained that everyone is considerate and they rotate who covers the bill, so no one expects any single sister to always pay.

She recently paid for new shirts for all the kids – including her own, True and Tatum, and Kim’s four children – so they could participate in Spirit Fridays at school.

Khloe remembered a small shop that only took cash. Kim didn’t have any money on her, so Khloe offered to pay, saying it wasn’t a problem. Kim promised to have her business manager reimburse Khloe, but Khloe insisted she didn’t need to be paid back. While Khloe never received the money, Kim later offered to buy something for her as a way of evening things out.

She added that they, like most people, always notice when others spend money, and she considered that a pretty normal reaction.

Kim Kardashian has spoken before about how her family shares expenses. Last December, she revealed they chip in together to pay for decorations for their big Christmas party, where they turn their homes into a glamorous winter scene. As usual, the Kardashians and Jenners celebrated the holidays in style, with sparkly dresses, rich red decorations, and a cozy dinner.

The group also took some photos together, which Kris Jenner said was her favorite part of the evening.

She recalled a tradition from before social media and digital cameras became common. “We used to have big family photoshoots every Christmas, everyone dressed up in their best outfits,” she said on Khloe’s podcast last month. “As families grew, the photoshoots got even bigger, and they always made me so happy.”

The entire family had a blast building a Lego set based on the movie Home Alone. It even included miniature character figures and a working zipline in the backyard!
