Starting on October 3 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) or 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Square Enix and developer Tactic Studios will be hosting a second closed beta test for their multiplayer murder mystery action game, KILLER INN. The event will run until October 13 at 2:59 PM PT / 5:59 PM ET, as per the companies’ announcement.
Participants from the initial closed beta test are granted direct access to the subsequent one. For those joining fresh, registration is available on the Steam page, with notifications for participation scheduled for October 1.
During the upcoming second round of testing for a closed beta, we’ll be making numerous improvements, such as revisiting specific aspects of the game design, tweaking the game balance, and incorporating new features suggested by players.
Visitors to Tokyo Game Show 2025, happening from September 25-28 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan, can get a sneak peek of the second closed beta test for the game at the Square Enix booth. Players participating at the booth will be provided with an invitation code to participate in the public test once it goes live.
KILLER INN will be available for PC via Steam. A release date has yet to be announced.
