The founder of SKIMS had a meeting with the brothers, who are currently imprisoned in San Diego, on September 21, along with actor Cooper Koch from “Monsters”. During this meeting, she emphasized the “outstanding” behavior shown by the brothers while they were incarcerated. Additionally, she mentioned that over two dozen family members of theirs have advocated for their release.

We had a responsibility to more than just Erik and Lyle. What I find intriguing is their current portrayal as victims – ‘oh, woe is us’ – which I find both appalling and distasteful.
Nevertheless, actor Cooper Koch, known for his role as Erik Menendez in the popular Netflix series, described the brothers as “such admirable and respectable individuals” following their company.
In a conversation with Variety last September, he stated that the individuals were found guilty of a crime at ages 18 and 21. At that time, it was challenging for people to accept the concept of male-on-male sexual abuse, particularly in a familial context like father and son.
