Kim Kardashian is keeping up with her core strength.
The Kardashian family member, known for sharing her health and fitness journey, recently shared the new methods she’s been using in her workouts.
Kim, 44, recently told *Vogue* that she’s a dedicated weightlifter. She’s had to modify her workouts due to some back problems, but prioritizes lower body exercises to stay in shape. She also focuses on upper body workouts a few days a week, dedicating about an hour and a half each day to weights, stretching, and a little cardio, often concentrating on a specific muscle group during each session.
Kim Kardashian, who has four children – North (12), Saint (9), Chicago (7), and Psalm (6) – with her ex-husband Kanye West, stays in shape by lifting weights and doing Pilates.
She continued, explaining that she loves Pilates. If she doesn’t do it at least once a week, she feels it in her back and really needs the stretching and lengthening it provides.
Oh my gosh, you guys, it all makes SO much sense now! Kim’s always been about sculpting and shaping, and I remember her talking about this amazing, flexible workout routine. It’s like she had the NikeSKIMS line planned all along! I’ve been following the teasers for months, and it’s finally happening! Everything is these gorgeous, neutral colors, and from what I’ve seen, it’s all made with this unbelievably stretchy material. I already know I need every single bra and legging – it’s going to be *perfect* for everything!
She explained that she designs workout clothes to be both comfortable and flattering, hoping they’ll encourage her to hit the gym more often. She used to primarily wear leggings and sports bras, as she’s a creature of habit, and continues to love those classic pieces. The new collection launches on September 26th.
The former *American Horror Story* star has faced some challenges while trying to create a fitness routine she loves. She’s attempted to stick with certain exercises, like dance workouts, but they actually ended up hindering her progress.
She admitted she’s been meaning to try hot yoga, but her one attempt didn’t go well – she fell asleep! She explained that the relaxing atmosphere and lying down were a recipe for sleep, and she’s easily able to drift off anywhere.
I’m always fascinated to hear how celebrities prioritize their well-being! It’s not just Kim, so many stars are open about their fitness journeys. I’m excited to dive in and see what workouts everyone’s been loving lately…
Kaley Cuoco, eight months after having her daughter Matilda with Tom Pelphrey, shared why she enjoys treadmill workouts as she gets back in shape after giving birth.
She told Today.com that walking on an incline is great for both muscle strength and blood flow. She also recommends walking backwards, saying it’s fantastic for toning your glutes and legs, and provides a full-body workout.
2023 was a huge year for me, and I’ve been thinking a lot about what made it so great. Honestly, getting truly dedicated to fitness was a game-changer. I realized it’s not about anyone else, it’s about *me* benefiting from being healthier. It’s amazing to think that if you stick with it, you’ll spend more of your life *with* this healthy habit than without it. That’s how I keep myself motivated – knowing this is a change that will last a lifetime.
She prioritizes consistency in her fitness routine, whether that means stretching at home, going for a walk outside, or doing any kind of workout. She aims to exercise regularly whenever possible.
The Grammy-winning artist shared how her move to New York City motivated her to focus on her health and fitness. “Just walking around the city is a great workout,” Kelly told *People* magazine in a recent interview. She also mentioned enjoying infrared saunas and recently getting a cold plunge, admitting she finally gave in to encouragement from others.”
Julianne shared with TopMob News the one workout she always makes time for, even when she’s incredibly busy.
I’m able to stay active by walking my dog in the hills,” she explained. “It’s important to get her exercise, but I also need to move my body, even if it’s just for a short time – five or ten minutes is enough.
When she has time to exercise, she enjoys mixing things up. ‘I love being able to do different types of workouts, like Kinrgy, Pilates, or yoga,’ she said. ‘That variety is what I like best.’
I make sure to get some movement in every day, even if it’s just for a short while. Sometimes I’ll put on music and dance – it’s a fun way to relax and boost my mood.
The record producer opened up about his love for golfing and how it’s helped him slim down.
He explained to *Us Weekly* that he enjoys doing this every day, allowing him to take calls or answer emails while riding in a golf cart or walking around. He finds it much more enjoyable than being indoors, appreciating the fresh air and sunshine, which he says is refreshing and revitalizing.
I’ve really been enjoying VR as a way to exercise lately. We got a headset just as lockdowns started, and it’s been fantastic for staying active at home. There are tons of games that give you a great workout, and I’m often surprisingly sore afterwards!
I usually go to the gym, but currently I’m doing Pilates classes online with Britni Lariviere. I’m also challenging myself to do 2,000 jump rope repetitions every day.
We’ve been enjoying a lot of family bike rides lately. I also make time for pilates, usually about thirty minutes, with Andrea Rodgers, and I do foam rolling with Lauren Roxburgh.
I’ve been stuck at home for the past few months, and running while listening to music has been a fantastic way to cope. It always leaves me feeling energized and in a good mood!
“My favorite way to break a sweat is mix of sex, PRx Performance, hiking, biking.”
I connect with and inspire people through my Brooke Burke Body fitness app! Since the start of quarantine, I’ve been live streaming workouts on both the app and Instagram, trying to make fitness enjoyable and fresh. I especially love leading ‘cardio parties’ – turning up the music, letting everyone find their groove, and getting a great workout. Remember, cardio should get your heart pumping – if you’re not sweating, you’re not pushing yourself hard enough!
I’ve been staying active with classes from the obé Fitness app, including Sculpt, Cardio Boxing, and Yoga. I also enjoy virtual Pilates classes with Pilates By Amanda. When I’m short on time, I’ll often do quick workouts by Lauren Gores on Instagram.
I’ve been doing yoga at home during lockdown, and I often get carried away exploring different poses and variations, so my sessions usually end up lasting around two hours.
My trainer, Amoila Cesar, really pushes me to succeed by tapping into my competitive spirit and determination. He’s very vocal, and I actually thrive on it! When gyms were closed, I stayed motivated by completing his 6 Weeks of THE WORK program through Beachbody On Demand. I also enjoy challenging barre classes and make sure to practice yoga every day.
I’ve been having fun dancing around my apartment – I just put on music and let loose! Sometimes I follow a rhythm, other times I move more freely, and occasionally I even twerk. I’ve also been getting outdoors and going hiking.
I love P.Volve workouts! I’ve been taking their classes for years, and now I do them at home using their streaming service. I aim to exercise at least three or four times a week, even if it’s just for 30 minutes. It focuses on building strength and lengthening your muscles, and it’s my absolute favorite way to stay in shape.
