This news was first shared by Deadline on Tuesday, with sources indicating that while a deal hasn’t been sealed yet, it’s being given serious consideration. Kardashian would not only star but also produce the movie. Charlie Polinger and Lucy McKendrick are tapped to write the script. When the opportunity for a Bratz movie arose, it seems the competition was intense, with Amazon reportedly paying dearly to secure the rights. With global popularity and a resurgence in recent years due to nostalgia trends every 20 years, the Bratz brand has been experiencing renewed relevance. However, some fans are uncertain whether these dolls can replicate the box-office success of the upcoming Barbie movie (2023).
