Kim Zolciak is getting real about her plastic surgery journey.
Previously seen on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” this reality star’s pursuit of physical perfection was furthered in the debut episode of TopMob’s latest show, “Botched Presents: A Look Back at Plastic Surgery.
During a recent interview on July 9th, the Brovolebrity, who’s currently dealing with a divorce and experiencing some weight loss, opened up about her struggles. She shared that she has a petite frame and, unfortunately, the weight loss has resulted in some loose skin. To try to correct this, she used contouring makeup, hoping it would tighten the skin. However, it had the opposite effect. This candid confession was made to host Michelle Visage.
As for how many times Kim has gone under the knife or needle before?
In a candid moment, she openly shared, “On several occasions, I’ve undergone breast enhancement procedures and later, I opted for a tummy tuck. I’ve also had fillers injected into my lips, and regularly use Botox treatments.” She’s 47 years old.
Moreover, aside from undergoing a neck surgery for a herniated disc, Kim has additionally opted for Ultherapy – a non-invasive procedure that tightens the skin – to enhance the appearance of her jawline.
However, aside from her recent skin tightening, Kim doesn’t regret any of her cosmetic upgrades.
In a heartfelt statement, Kim, who is the mother of Brielle (27), Ariana (23), Kroy Jr. (13), Kash (12), and twins Kaia and Kane (11), expressed in a private moment that she underwent a ‘mommy makeover’ because she felt it was important to prioritize her body after giving so much of herself for six remarkable individuals. She emphasized, “Just because you’re a mom doesn’t mean you have to stop taking care of yourself.
Growing up, my mother often reassured me that if I ever felt self-conscious about having large ears, a prominent nose, or any other feature that bothered me, she would help me address it. Over the years, I’ve found myself echoing her words when speaking to my daughters, assuring them that I would support them in accepting and loving themselves just as they are, but also offering help if they ever felt the need to change something about their appearance.
What impact has Kim’s approach to plastic surgery had on her daughter Brielle, who is also featured in the current season of “Plastic Surgery Rewind”?
In another part of the episode, the influencer shared with Dr. Terry Dubrow that they frequently accompanied her to medical appointments. She mentioned that it seemed like she was undergoing numerous laser treatments to maintain a youthful appearance. Over time, she found herself feeling the need to get lip fillers as often as getting a drink of Diet Coke. The under-eye filler eventually became something she felt insecure about, an issue she hadn’t realized she had until then.
Plus, being on TV since the age of 10 definitely affected Brielle’s body image issues.
Brielle mentioned that her mother had frequently planned on getting Botox and lip fillers, and seeing her go through the process made it feel ordinary to her.
Find out whether Kim and Brielle choose to undo their previous surgeries when the show Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind broadcasts every Wednesday at 10 p.m., exclusively on TopMob.

She admitted that she wasn’t always in the best mental state during these visits, as she would smoke marijuana and drink beforehand, and then drive to the strip mall with friends.
