What to Expect
In a matter of just a few weeks, the much-anticipated game, “King of Meat,” will be making its debut. Prior to its release, the creative minds behind it at Glowmade and Amazon Games have shared some initial insights into the game’s core values, the effects players can expect, and their approach to content strategy.
Our Values
While collaborating with Glowmade on the business strategy for the game “King of Meat“, we pinpointed three fundamental principles that reflect our values, form our base, and influence our choices.
- No Pay-to-Win – All purchases in-game are purely cosmetic with no gameplay impact, and can be earned by playing the game.
Choice: All cosmetics are completely optional. - Transparency – There are no loot boxes or any other randomized form of monetization. This means that players always know exactly what they are buying and how much it costs.
Game Content
At the initial release, more than a hundred intricately designed dungeons, primarily created by Glowmade, will be accessible. However, this number is expected to expand exponentially as the creative potential of our community is tapped into with Create Mode. Some of these additional dungeons will be crafted by upcoming dungeon designers like yourself, selected from our ongoing playtests.
Future Updates
For those who’ve purchased the base version of our “Carnivorous Monarch” game, future updates will be complimentary. At this point, we can’t disclose details about post-release support just yet, but there are exciting features to anticipate such as new game modes, character customization options, creation tools for user-generated content, regular events, dungeons, and much more!
