Great news for fans! King of the Hill is returning for three more seasons on Hulu. Hulu has also released a sneak peek of the upcoming season. After being off the air for fifteen years, the show is back with a new season streaming now. This new installment picks up almost ten years after the original series ended, showing us what life looks like for the characters as they’ve grown and changed.

When Does King of the Hill Season 15 Come Out?
The fifteenth season of King of the Hill is expected to arrive on Hulu in 2026, though a specific release date hasn’t been announced yet. If production continues at the current rate, new seasons could potentially be released yearly. A recent sneak peek showed Peggy, Minh, and Nancy together in an alleyway at night – a scene that didn’t appear in the first revival season, hinting at new storylines.
I thought Season 14 of King of the Hill was really good – it felt like the show hadn’t missed a beat. However, with only ten episodes, some storylines didn’t get the attention they deserved. They hinted that Peggy’s new life in retirement would be a big part of the revival, but we haven’t seen a whole episode dedicated to that yet. Still, seeing her hanging out with Minh and Nancy in the previews gives me hope that we’ll finally get that episode soon.
What King of the Hill Needs to Do With Future Seasons
With King of the Hill renewed for three more seasons, the show has a great opportunity to develop what’s been missing so far. This includes giving more screen time to the new characters who show potential, as well as bringing back beloved characters from the original series—many of whom haven’t even been seen or mentioned yet. Fans are eager to see these familiar faces return soon.
Some important characters from the original series, like Luanne and Lucky, haven’t appeared in the revival yet. Sadly, with the passing of voice actors Brittany Murphy and Tom Petty, it seems those characters are no longer being used. Their absence was felt in the first episodes, and the show needs to address what happened to them next season to give fans closure.
