Konami has been very successful recently with the Silent Hill series, releasing both the Silent Hill 2 remake, developed by Bloober Team, and Silent Hill f from NeoBard. In a recent financial report, Konami stated they plan to keep creating games in the series that fans worldwide will enjoy.
I’m so excited to hear that the Silent Hill 1 remake is still happening with Bloober Team! But the update also mentioned Silent Hill: Townfall, the one being developed by Screen Burn and Annapurna Interactive. It’s been a while since we first heard about it back in October 2022, and there haven’t been any new details since then. Still, Konami said they definitely have plans to keep working on that game and the series as a whole in the future, which is great news!
This news adds fuel to speculation that this is just the beginning of a series of games, with other independent developers potentially creating more titles. While Konami and Annapurna Interactive haven’t officially confirmed anything, this latest information definitely aligns with that possibility.
Although no official platforms have been announced, a recent leak suggests that Silent Hill: Townfall is scheduled to release on March 26, 2026.
