Kourtney Kardashian has been pooshed to the edge.
Kourtney Kardashian was annoyed that people were taking pictures of her and Travis Barker while they were on a date at the famous Cafe du Monde in New Orleans. During the November 6th episode of their Hulu show, she quietly asked Travis if they should ask the onlookers to stop so she could enjoy her beignets.
She went on to say that people were filming her, and a woman outside was specifically zooming in while she ate.
Travis realized it would be difficult because the restaurant was extremely crowded with customers and the film crew for The Kardashians.
With a laugh, the Blink-182 drummer told his wife, whom he’d been married to for three years, ‘You’re surrounded by a lot of cameras in here!’
Kourtney, 46, feels she and Travis, 49, deserve to have meals without being constantly photographed.
In a private moment, Kourtney Kardashian shared that Travis is skilled at blocking out distractions, like paparazzi. She then jokingly wished she could simply enjoy a pastry and hot chocolate without being bothered.
She continued, “I just want to eat in peace.”
Kourtney isn’t shy about meeting fans; she genuinely enjoys saying hello. However, she feels pressured by the expectation that celebrities are obligated to pose for pictures just because they’re in public. It’s not about being unfriendly, but about feeling like people believe she ‘owes’ them a photo.
Since having their son, Rocky Barker, who is now two years old, Kourtney has been spending a lot more time at home. She and Travis have chosen not to show Rocky’s face in photos or videos to help protect his privacy.
I’ve been focusing on appreciating life’s little moments—like spending quality time with my children, husband, and friends. I’ve also significantly cut back on going out, rarely visiting stores or restaurants anymore, as the Lemme founder explained.
