Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker‘s private chef is pooshing the boundaries of holiday cuisine.
Chef Brooke Baevsky, also known as Chef Bae online, showed off the healthy and tasty holiday meal she made for her blended family. This included Kourtney’s children – Mason, 16, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 11 (with ex Scott Disick) – as well as Travis’ son Landon, 22, daughter Alabama, 19, and stepdaughter Atiana de la Hoya, 26, plus their two-year-old son Rocky. She shared everything from the Erewhon grocery delivery to the post-meal cleanup.
Brooke prepared a festive place setting for each of her ten guests. Each setting included a small, individually wrapped gluten-free gingerbread person with a name tag, a miniature candy cane, a Christmas-themed plate, and a menu detailing the appetizers, main courses, and desserts for the evening.
Brooke started her meal preparation by making Travis’s favorite matcha latte. She then planned several options for each course, with many dishes being both gluten- and dairy-free, to accommodate Kourtney’s dietary needs – she’s been avoiding gluten and dairy for nearly ten years for herself and her children.
For starters, we had a bright and refreshing citrus pear and fennel salad. Then, I served a creamy butternut squash dip with the most amazing twice-baked chili maple sweet potato chips – seriously addictive! And the chickpea focaccia? Oh, it was adorable! I cut them into little Christmas trees and decorated them with cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs. It just felt so festive and added a fun touch to the spread.
Once Brooke finished preparing the appetizers, she showed her followers – over half a million on TikTok and Instagram – how she made the main courses. She cooks for many celebrity families, including those of Adam Sandler, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and Emma Roberts. The meal included flavorful chicken meatballs with a breadcrumb mixture (made without grains), served with roasted red pepper dip and a microgreens pesto. She also prepared plant-based pumpkin chickpea cakes with lemon aioli – a special dish for Travis – and plant-based mushroom meatballs with a white bean puree.

Brooke made two delicious side dishes: roasted Japanese sweet potatoes with a flavorful herb aioli and chili oil, and bright lemon green beans topped with crispy, gluten-free shallots.
As a big fan, I was so happy to see Kourtney made sure her younger kids had something they absolutely love! It was a special mac and cheese – high-protein and gluten-free, and apparently, Brooke said it’s their favorite – and she even had it broiled to make it extra delicious. It’s the little things, you know?
For dessert, Brooke offered a delightful spread. Her Christmas tree focaccias were perfectly complemented by adorable plant-based Santa hat bon-bons. These were made with incredibly delicious grain-free and dairy-free chocolate chip cookies, dipped in white chocolate colored naturally red, and finished with a white sprinkle. She also served a gingerbread spice cake with dairy-free salted maple caramel and coconut whipped cream.
Even though they’re famous, the Kardashians aren’t above saving leftovers. Brooke explained that she packed up all the remaining food at the end of the night into containers, planning to use it for meals throughout the week.
