Kristen Bell Wishes She Dated More Before Dax Shepard Marriage

Kristen Bell would’ve liked a hot rabbi of her own.

The Nobody Wants This actress shared a regret about her past dating experiences before she married Dax Shepard in 2013-specifically, that she wishes she had dated more people.

“I just wish I had explored my options a bit more,” Kristen revealed during a joint interview with Justine Lupe on the September 29th episode of the Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard.

She rated her past sex life a four out of ten, but then said, “I just wish I had maybe made it a six.”

Meanwhile, Dax-father to Lincoln, 12, and Delta, 10, with the star of Veronica Mars-shared that, “Kristen has some regrets. She was quite adventurous and now wishes she’d been even more so.”

Even though Kristen, 45, admits she’d make a few different choices if she could relive her life, she wouldn’t change having Dax as her partner. She believes the key to their strong, almost 12-year marriage is straightforward: a solid base of trust. After all, foundational trust is what keeps them together.

Even if Dax meets someone attractive at work, I’m confident he’s dedicated to our family,” she shared with TopMob News in February. “I’m certain he’ll come home. I know he loves our kids, and he always tries his best to be a wonderful husband and father.

But if small worries ever do arise, Kristen and Dax, 50, know exactly how to put the other at ease. 

“We’re just human, right?” she explained. “So, maybe there could be a day where I’m like, ‘I’m actually really nervous that you spend time with that person.’ He could say, ‘Oh, OK, let’s talk about it. What makes you nervous? What are you thinking?’ We have a very open communication.”

Not to mention, their different personalities create balance in their relationship.

“I married someone who is completely different from me,” Kristen shared with TopMob in September 2024. “We really are opposites in almost every way. We disagree on pretty much everything, but we have a strong base of trust that has grown over time. We also find each other’s perspectives really engaging and thought-provoking.”

She shared that being with someone very different from you – someone you don’t have much in common with – really pushes you to develop as a person.

Not all of these confessions are amusing.

In a statement, Finch, who was initially put on leave from the ABC medical show before ultimately resigning, admitted, “I made a mistake. It was unacceptable. I really messed up. Those are all the words I have.”

Beauty is pain, but Kim Kardashian might be able to stomach it.

Speaking to The New York Times about how far she’d go to look younger, the reality star joked that she was open to trying almost anything.

She admitted in June that she might even go so far as to eat poop daily if it meant looking younger. “I just might,” she said.

During a July 2022 conversation with Allure, Kim explained she was “mostly kidding” when she made the comment, but admitted the concept wasn’t entirely awful.

As I consider it further,” Kim continued, “I’d likely eat anything – even feces – if someone promised me that consuming a bowl of it daily would make me appear younger.

How much food could she possibly eat? “Perhaps just a small taste,” she shared with the news source. “I don’t believe I could manage an entire bowl.”

During an April 2025 episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show, the artist known for the song “Save Me” shared a particularly awkward story when asked about his most embarrassing moment-and he didn’t hesitate to reveal all the details.

“I pooped myself one time,” he admitted. “I did, I’m sorry.”

To be honest, Jason Bradley DeFord, also known as Jelly Roll, didn’t anticipate causing such serious harm.

“I truly believed it was just hot air,” he explained. “I sincerely apologize. I saw the audience shift from supporting me to being totally turned off.”
