Kylie Jenner’s $20 Million Home With 10 Bathrooms, 8 Bedrooms For Sale

Kylie Jenner is keeping up with her real estate empire.  

After owning her large California home in Hidden Hills since 2016, the Kardashian family member is now selling it for $20.2 million.

This impressive home, spanning 13,234 square feet, is being sold by Josh and Matt Altman of Million Dollar Listing. The property boasts eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms, and includes desirable features like a separate guest suite, a wet bar, and a full outdoor kitchen.

Kylie Jenner, now 28, originally bought this house for $16 million when she was just 19. Over time, she added two more properties in Hidden Hills, including a large piece of land. However, the house she’s now selling has been a central home for her and her ex, Travis Scott, and their two children, 8-year-old Stormi and 3-year-old Aire. She previously bought a mansion in Calabasas in 2015, but sold it for $3.2 million in 2017.

Since this was her first house in Hidden Hills, Khy founder and girlfriend of Timothée Chalamet worked with interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard to create a dreamy, pastel-colored home.

In a 2019 interview with Architectural Digest, she explained that she wanted her closets and glam room to feel bright and cheerful, reflecting her personal style. Color, especially pink, was a must-have. Because she spends so much time in these spaces, she paid close attention to every detail – even the size of the drawers – to ensure everything was perfectly organized and suited to her belongings.

Okay, so she used to be totally over the top with her decor, but lately, she’s been channeling a much more understated vibe – kind of like Kim and Khloe Kardashian, honestly. It’s like she realized less is more, which is a HUGE change, and I’m living for it!

Kylie recently showcased a new item as her relationship with Timothée, 30, heats up after three years together. She’s been Timothée’s date for several award shows this year, most notably at the 2026 Oscars on March 15th. He wore a white suit, while Kylie stood out in a striking red Schiaparelli gown and silver necklace.

I’ve been following Kylie and Travis, and it’s so clear they’re really prioritizing their relationship right now. But beyond that, I get the feeling Kylie is also thinking a lot about the future, and especially about becoming a mom again. It’s exciting to watch her life unfold!

She recently told Vanity Fair that as she approaches 30, she wants to prioritize herself, her career, and spending quality time with her children, including traveling with them. She also expressed a desire to have more children in the future.

Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet began dating rumors in April 2023, shortly after she ended her relationship with Travis Scott, the father of her two children, Stormi (born in 2018) and Aire (born in 2022).

Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet both attended the Saturday Night Live after-party in November 2023, though they arrived at the event separately. Timothée had hosted the show that night.

Forget the awards – the 2024 Golden Globes felt more like a celebration of Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner’s romance, complete with plenty of sweet moments between them. And despite all the speculation, everything seemed perfect between the couple.

Timothée and his partner made their red carpet debut as a couple at the 70th David Di Donatello Awards in Rome, where Timothée received a special acting award.

Kylie’s sister, Kendall Jenner, accompanied her on a date to see the New York Knicks play the Boston Celtics at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

I heard from a little bird that Kylie jetted off to Budapest last August to see Timothée while he was shooting Dune: Part Three! They were so sweet, they even stopped to take pictures with fans while grabbing coffee at a local spot. It sounds like a really lovely visit!

The couple coordinated their outfits in orange for the Los Angeles premiere of Marty Supreme. Their look from Chrome Hearts was so memorable that Hacks stars Megan Stalter and Paul W. Downs recreated it at the Critics Choice Awards in January 2026.

Timothée and Kylie attended the 2026 Critics Choice Awards. After winning Best Actor for his role in Marty Supreme, Timothée publicly shared his love for Kylie, revealing they had been together for three years.

He told Kylie, watching from the audience, that he wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. She mouthed “I love you” in return, and he expressed his deep gratitude, saying, “Thank you so much.”

Social media exploded at the 2026 Golden Globes when a photo of a name card supposedly belonging to Kylie Jenner, listed as “Kylie Jenner Chalamet,” quickly spread online. But TopMob News, reporting from inside the Beverly Hilton, confirmed the real name cards had a different font than the one circulating in the viral image.

Despite everything, it was a special night for the couple. Timothée acknowledged his girlfriend with a touching moment when he accepted the award for Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy Film for his role in Marty Supreme.

The couple traveled to London for the 2026 British Academy Film and Television Arts Awards, where Timothée was nominated for Best Actor.
