Lana Del Rey addressed a fan’s comment about her nose potentially having surgery, explaining what cosmetic procedure she *did* have.

Lana responded to an Instagram comment by sharing that she’s never had surgery or been under anesthesia, marking her 15th consecutive year without it. She also mentioned that getting fillers, like her doctor used to do, to reshape the bridge of the nose can create a smooth, tall appearance in just seven minutes.

The 40-year-old mentioned a nonsurgical rhinoplasty, often called a “liquid nose job.” This cosmetic procedure uses dermal fillers to temporarily reshape the nose, according to the Cleveland Clinic.

Though the procedure is less invasive, the results only last up to six months.

Lana (born Elizabeth Woolridge Grant) also pointed out that the photos being used to compare her current nose to past images had already appeared online without permission. Therefore, she feels it’s not surprising that people are now discussing whether or not she’s had cosmetic surgery.

She explained that Dr. Antel’s intern improperly shared patient ‘before’ photos years ago, violating privacy laws, which caused her a lot of worry, so I was already aware of the situation.

Lana has been open about having cosmetic procedures, but she’s not the only artist recently responding to rumors. Drake, for example, recently clarified that he hadn’t had plastic surgery to get more defined abs. He explained the confusion came from editing a photo with the Facetune app.

He explained on the September 2nd episode of Bobbi Althoff’s podcast, *Not This Again*, that he’d just come from the gym and was sweaty in the photo. He thinks he might have also increased the color saturation while editing it.

The 38-year-old added, “I think I hit it too hard. They don’t look like that.”

Plus, Drake noted that while people go under the knife “all the time,” he isn’t one of them.

He added that people have been saying he had a Brazilian Butt Lift, or BBL, and some even call him ‘BBL Drizzy’.

In September 2025, the rapper Drake denied rumors he’d had plastic surgery on his abs. He explained that fans thought they looked more defined because he’d used a photo editing app.
