Amazon Games will publish two new Tomb Raider games for the PlayStation 5, with releases planned for 2026 and 2027.
Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis is a remake of the very first Tomb Raider game, created by Crystal Dynamics and Flying Hog Studios.
Created to mark the 30th anniversary of the series, the new release features exciting acrobatic moves in ancient tombs, hidden secrets within beautiful locations, and clever puzzles that are truly satisfying to solve – all designed to spark a sense of adventure and discovery.
Tomb Raider: Catalyst, meanwhile, is being billed as the “largest Tomb Raider to date”.

Okay, so get this – the next game is going to be a totally fresh adventure with Lara Croft! I’m going to be exploring super thick jungles, climbing massive mountains, and delving into creepy old ruins. And the best part? I get to use all sorts of cool, customized gear to help me along the way. It sounds epic!
A blurb from the PS Blog reads:
After a huge disaster awakens long-hidden secrets and powerful protectors, Lara Croft embarks on a thrilling quest across Northern India. She must discover the truth behind the chaos before ruthless treasure hunters exploit its power. Caught between friends and enemies in a world where the past and present collide, Lara faces a desperate race to stop a global catastrophe and safeguard a secret with the potential to change everything.
We’ll have a lot more information on both these games to share next week.
