November 2025 is shaping up to be a great month for LEGO fans, and it kicks off strong with the LEGO Ideas Goonies set (21363)! Seriously, this set is highly anticipated, and it’s launching at a surprisingly reasonable price, especially considering the two awesome free gifts with purchase (GWPs) that come with it. There’s a lot to love here – even Ke Huy Quan is revisiting his iconic role as Data! But here’s the heads-up: as of today, November 7th, your chance to snag The Goonies: The Walshes’ Attic (40773) as a freebie is ending. The Disney Classic Animation Scenes (40774) offer wraps up on November 11th. Basically, if you want both GWPs with your Goonies set, today is the day to act!
LEGO Ideas The Goonies Set Features

Okay, as a movie buff and LEGO enthusiast, I have to say the LEGO Ideas Goonies set is a dream come true! It lets you recreate key scenes from the 1985 classic, and with over 2900 pieces, it’s packed with detail. We’re talking a full cross-section of the Fratellis’ hideout and the caves, One-Eyed Willy’s treasure room, and even working booby traps and secret passages. The designers really went all out with the Easter eggs, too. But here’s the coolest part: flip the whole model over, and you discover it’s built around the hull of the pirate ship, the Inferno! It’s a fantastic tribute to the film and a really clever design.
As a total film buff, I’m really excited about how interactive this is going to be! You can actually do things in the game – like dropping boulders and triggering trapdoors using this cool ‘Copper Bones Skeleton Key’. And get this, there’s a Skeleton Organ you can play, but mess up a note and you’ll get a scare just like in the movie! The developers are clearly huge fans too; they’ve packed it with Easter eggs, even a little reference to the famous deleted octopus scene – which, honestly, makes me so happy!
This LEGO Goonies set includes 12 minifigures: Mikey, Mouth, Chunk, Andy, Data, Stef, Brand, Sloth, Jake Fratelli, Francis Fratelli, Mama Fratelli, and One-Eyed Willy. Now that you’ve seen how great this set is, let’s discuss its release date, availability, and price – you’ll be happy to hear the details!

Data is Back!
Ke Huy Quan, the Academy Award winner also known as Data, is back to showcase the LEGO set in a fun video! If a sequel to The Goonies doesn’t happen, this is the closest you’ll get to reliving the magic. You can watch the video and read his thoughts on the project on the LEGO shop’s product page.
Ke Huy Quan shared how much fun it was to revisit his character Data from ‘The Goonies’ as a LEGO set. He said the set perfectly captures the movie’s themes of heart, adventure, and friendship, and feels like reliving the experience with the gang. He’s excited to share that nostalgic magic with a new generation of fans.
The LEGO Ideas set based on The Goonies was created by Vaggelis Ntezes, a 3D artist from Greece who goes by “Delusion Brick” on the LEGO Ideas platform. He shared that designing the set was a trip down memory lane, combining his love for LEGO Pirates and the classic movie from his childhood. He aimed to create something fun to play with and beautiful to display, capturing the adventurous spirit of The Goonies by blending the iconic Inferno with the film’s cave system and traps. He’s excited to see his vision become a reality and hopes it will delight fans of all ages.
