On June 24, the court denied Scarlett due to there being “insufficient urgency to grant relief.”

Upon being asked for a comment regarding the issue, Scarlett shared with us that she’s unsure of her next move, but plans to consult with her lawyer about possibly submitting a fresh petition in court. Scarlett mentioned that she hadn’t anticipated encountering such difficulties, given her role as the court-assigned administrator.

She strongly advises all Apple product users to designate a legacy contact, to spare their loved ones from experiencing the same troubles.

In her request to the court, she sought a mandate for Apple to assist in the retrieval of Johnny’s private information.

Earlier this week, Scarlett discussed the matter regarding her difficulties with Apple and canceling certain accounts with us, describing it as a “frustrating” experience.

Scarlett expressed her belief that the devices probably held images and clips she was eager to view. In her words, she was hoping to discover a “trove of interesting items” on his mobile device and computer.

“I don’t want to erase [them],” she told Us.
