Over time, The 1% Club has proven itself as a strong competitor during Saturday evenings. Consequently, it was hardly unexpected that the game show won its second National Television Award.

Ever since the show kicked off in 2022, folks from coast to coast have been hooked, catching it during its regular seasons, enjoying the holiday-themed episodes, and more recently, cheering for the celebrity special featuring a Soccer Aid event.

He mentioned that he was unsure about the reason, but when it came to his children, by the time they turned 10, he no longer needed to assist them with math because they were so advanced. So yes, that seems like a good approach for our kids as well.

He stated: “I was just saying, I didn’t express this earlier, but if it were to happen, it would be quite amusing for me. However, it appears that’s not what the audience desires. Thus, I seem to be at odds with my own thoughts.

The special for children isn’t the only surprise The 1% Club has in store; they plan to bring back the series this year with an extended, week-long event.

This year, ITV announced that the Saturday night edition of The 1% Club would be expanded into a grand, five-day, prime-time event, taking place outside its usual schedule.

In this version of the show, the unclaimed jackpot from each episode carries over to the following one, building up to a grand total of potentially £500,000 for the next day’s game.
