TT Games is back with a new LEGO game titled “LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight,” set to release in 2026. This game brings together some of Batman’s most memorable moments from comics, movies, and beyond. Players can even team up with Batman’s allies during their journey through the adventure.
It’s now confirmed that in addition to Jim Gordon, Robin, Batgirl, Catwoman, Talia al Ghul, and Nightwing, players can control seven characters. Other DC villains are expected to join previously announced baddies such as Bane, The Penguin, Poison Ivy, The Joker, and Ra’s al Ghul in the game.
In the expansive, explorable city of Gotham, iconic landmarks like Wayne Tower, Arkham Asylum, Ace Chemicals, and Gotham Botanical Gardens are all part of the scenery. Expect to confront crimes in a typical Batman style, but there are also mysteries to unravel, hurdles to overcome, and exciting discoveries to be made. If you’re not set on the various Batmobiles, other transport options will be at your disposal, such as Batcycles.
2026 sees the release of LEGO Batman: The Legacy of the Dark Knight, available on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2. In the meantime, keep an eye out for further updates.
