The new trailer for LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight shows exactly what it takes to become one of the bad guys’ helpers – even down to the uniform! You can watch it below.
You’ll earn rewards and get to drive cool vehicles, but trouble starts when The Dark Knight shows up. As Batman – or one of six other playable characters – you’ll face enemies with both weapons and shields, as well as tough, resilient brutes. While Batman has superior gadgets, remember that even the best plans can fall apart when faced with reality.
It’s funny, the game even explains why the bad guys don’t go down after just one hit. Apparently, if they stand still, looking dazed and confused, Batman will just go find someone else to fight! But hey, if that strategy keeps them alive, it works.
LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight arrives on Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC on May 29th, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version coming later. The game celebrates Batman’s entire history, and even features scenes recreated from classic movies, such as one from Tim Burton’s Batman.
