During Steam Next Fest in October, players will be able to try out a free demo of GungHo Online Entertainment’s *Let It Die: Inferno*. The demo will be available on PC from October 13th at 10 AM Pacific Time to October 21st, giving players a chance to experience the game’s core gameplay.
The new game, Inferno, shares a connection with Grasshopper Manufacture’s free-to-play game *Let It Die* – it’s actually a sequel! Supertrick Games, a studio formed from Grasshopper, is developing Inferno. They previously worked on *Deathverse: Let It Die*, which is no longer available and has been reimagined as this new title.
I’m really excited about *Let It Die: Inferno*! It’s coming to PS5 and PC, and it’s a rogue-lite game where you basically fight your way down into this crazy place called Hell Gate to get the Eye of the Reaper. The cool thing is, you collect resources like SPLithium and weapons during each run, and then you can use them to help you on your next attempt. It’s not just monsters you have to worry about, though – other players are down there too, trying to do the same thing, so you’ve got to watch your back!
Players who enjoy player-versus-player combat can jump into the returning Death Jamboree mode. We’ll share more information about the game soon, but for now, remember it launches on December 4th.
