GungHo Online Entertainment and Supertrick Games have announced they are working on an offline version of the popular free-to-play action game, LET IT DIE.
In the latest developer update for LET IT DIE: INFERNO, Uncle Death explained that players have been requesting an offline version of the game for quite some time. He said the idea finally came to him while he was taking a bath, and the team decided to begin working on it. He noted they’ve been running the service for a long time already.
Uncle Death explained that they’ll share details about the offline version’s release date later. For now, they’ve confirmed that they are making it. He also clarified that your progress in the current online version of LET IT DIE won’t be lost – you’ll be able to carry it over to the offline version, so you won’t have to start from scratch.
Further information about the offline version was not announced.
LET IT DIE was first released on PlayStation 4 through the PlayStation Store on December 6, 2016. It later became available on PC through Steam on September 26, 2018.
The newest installment in the LET IT DIE series, titled LET IT DIE: INFERNO, will be released on December 3rd for both PlayStation 5 and PC through Steam.
