Google paid a heartfelt tribute to Lewis Capaldi, who made a triumphant return to Glastonbury two years following a health issue related to Tourette’s Syndrome that forced him to cut short his previous performance.
On Friday, the 28-year-old vocalist struggled to hold back emotions as he exclaimed “I’m back, baby” during an emotional comeback performance at Glastonbury’s famous Pyramid Stage for a surprise set.
As a gesture of welcome, Google displayed a heartfelt “Welcome Back” message for Lewis when his name was searched on Google.
Underneath Lewis’ name, the message “Welcome Back, Lewis – A cherished individual” appeared along with a heart emoji.
Google too shared a photo of the Scottish singer on their official Instagram, using the same caption.
After a break of two years in his career, the artist known for his hits on bruises received enthusiastic cheers from the massive crowd at Worthy Farm.

In a heartfelt address, Lewis conveyed: “It feels wonderful to return to Glastonbury. I won’t dwell on my feelings today for fear they may overwhelm me, but please know that I am deeply grateful for your presence here.
Give it another try, I think it will go smoother this time around! Today’s session won’t be long, but I really wanted to return and complete what I didn’t manage before.
