As a devoted PlayStation Plus Essential subscriber, I’m excited to share that starting August 5th, we’ll be getting some fantastic new titles! Leading the pack is NEOWIZ’s captivating game “Lies of P”, followed by the gripping survival experience of “DayZ” and the action-packed “My Hero One’s Justice 2”. Can’t wait to dive in!
The Souls-like action role-playing game is available to play for subscribers of both PS4 and PS5. Set in the city of Krat, players take control of character P, who investigates a mysterious series of violent attacks by puppets. As they navigate through the city, their goal is to locate Geppetto, their creator, unraveling the mystery behind these events along the way.
Engaging in this game is like blending elements from “Bloodborne” and “Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice,” offering stunning landscapes and tough boss battles. It has just released a paid story expansion, named “Overture,” for which you can find additional details in our review.
On PlayStation 4 (and PlayStation 5 through backwards compatibility), you can enjoy playing both games – DayZ and My Hero One’s Justice 2. DayZ is a long-lasting survival game that takes place on a vast map infested with zombies. Your objective is to gather resources and stay alive, as death results in losing everything, while also deciding whether to collaborate or compete with other survivors.
The game in question, released by Bandai Namco in 2020, is a fighting title inspired by the popular “My Hero Academia” manga/anime series. Though it garnered acclaim for its graphics, there was criticism leveled at its combat mechanics, camera control, and story mode.
