I was already hooked after last week’s trailer, which used the poem “Alone,” but the new trailer for *Little Nightmares 3* is totally different – it’s all 2D animation! At first, the art style seems kind of cute and cartoony, but don’t let that fool you. It really shows how Low and Alone are trying to escape The Spiral, and it’s pretty intense!
Whether escaping the Monster Baby in the Necropolis or riding a rollercoaster at the Carnevale, the scenes clearly show the terrifying challenges ahead for the pair. Although it appears these events are just drawings, a shadowy figure appears at the end, hinting at trouble to come.
Any worries that Supermassive Games couldn’t capture the feeling of the earlier games have been eased by the recent reveals of *Little Nightmares 3*. The game releases on October 10th for Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2, and a free demo is available to play now. You can find all the details in our latest article.
