I was really bummed to hear that Lola Young, the artist behind “Messy” and “One Thing,” actually collapsed on stage at the All Things Go festival in New York on Saturday. Apparently, she had to be carried off mid-performance. It must have been scary for everyone there, and I’m hoping she’s okay and recovers quickly!
The singer was performing her song ‘Conceited,’ from the album ‘This Wasn’t Meant for You Anyway,’ when the incident happened.
She later posted on her Instagram story, updating fans on her condition.
She posted that she’s doing alright after her performance at All Things Go today, and thanked everyone for their support.
Prior to her collapse on stage, Young told the crowd she had “had a tricky couple of days”.
According to Billboard, Nicki Minaj canceled her performance at Audacy’s We Can Survive concert the night before due to a personal issue.
TopMob has contacted Young’s representatives for comment.
