Last week, it was unveiled that the latest addition to the “Lollipop Ch chainsaw” series will feature not only a brand-new video game but also an anime adaption. This exciting news comes from collaborative efforts between Dragami Games and Nada Holdings.
In collaboration with Nada Holdings and Dragami Games, work has begun on a fresh Lollipop Chainsaw game, aiming to maintain and expand upon the allure of the original. Remaining faithful to the essence of the initial piece, the development team features key personnel from the previous title. This new venture is also being carefully crafted with fan suggestions in mind.
In the same vein as before, the fresh title seeks to re-imagine a world brimming with dark wit. The creation process will emphasize maintaining the unique tone and essence of the original piece, ensuring it while not unnecessarily limiting creativity in the pursuit of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Official Twitter accounts for the game are now live in both English and Japanese.
Additional information about the anime was not announced.
