As rumored, Sony has confirmed that Lords of the Fallen will be available to PlayStation Plus Essential members in August. It’s joined by Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered and Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream. All three games will be playable starting April 7th, and are also included for Extra and Premium subscribers.
Lords of the Fallen is a reimagining of a 2014 action RPG with the same name. This new version features significant changes, including a resurrected villain named Adyr causing chaos and the ability to explore Umbral, a realm of the dead. It’s a substantial game, particularly for fans of the Dark Souls series, and has been refined through numerous updates.
If you’re excited about the upcoming game Lords of the Fallen 2, this is a great way to build anticipation before its expected release in August. And for fans of classic adventures, Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered brings all three original Lara Croft games together in one package. It features updated graphics, but you can also switch back to the original art style. Plus, there’s a new Challenge Mode with ten unlockable outfits.
Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream is pretty much what you’d expect from a Sword Art Online game. If you’re familiar with the series, it doesn’t really break any new ground. However, it does offer a good roster with 21 playable characters, and you can play with up to three friends to tackle large 20-player raids.
