Megan Walerius has found a new kind of love outside the pods.
On the Love Is Blind season nine reunion show on October 29th, Megan, nicknamed “Sparkle Megan,” announced the birth of her son, Brooks. Brooks’ father is Paul, who Megan began dating after ending her engagement with Jordan Keltner from the show.
Megan announced during a Netflix special that she recently became a mother. She and her husband, Nick and Vanessa Lachey, shared that she welcomed a baby boy about two and a half months ago.
He means everything to me, and becoming a mom has shown me what I was always meant to do. He’s a wonderful child, and we’re all incredibly happy as a family.
Megan shared that she met Paul through friends about three months after appearing on Love Is Blind, and she soon found out she was pregnant.
She shared that she became pregnant just three months after she and Paul started dating. While their relationship hasn’t been without challenges, she emphasized that Paul has been wonderful and they are now very happy together.
And motherhood has already taught her to “be a lot more selfless.”
Jordan also talked about finding out his ex was pregnant. He said someone told him the news, so he contacted Megan before they all met up to make sure it was true.
I really appreciated her honesty,” he said. “Finding out about it here and now would have been really shocking. ” He then turned to Megan and Paul, who were watching, and told them, “You’re going to be wonderful parents.”

A week before Megan publicly shared her news, people began to wonder if she’d had a baby. Photos surfaced of her arriving home in Denver with a man carrying a newborn wrapped in a light blue blanket.
The rumors caused some viewers to react negatively, criticizing Megan for ending her relationship with Jordan on the October 22nd finale because she found it difficult to help raise his five-year-old son, Luca, from a previous relationship.
Okay, so like, a week before Megan officially said anything, everyone started FREAKING OUT! Paparazzi caught her getting out of a car at her house in Denver, and there was this guy with her carrying… a BABY! It was all swaddled in this adorable light blue blanket, and honestly, I zoomed in like ten times. It was SO obvious she’d had the baby, even before she confirmed it. I’ve been following her for years, and I just knew it! We all did!
Rumors circulating after the October 22nd finale caused some viewers to criticize Megan for ending her relationship with Jordan. They felt it was unfair to break up with him because he was already navigating the challenges of co-parenting his 5-year-old son, Luca, from a previous relationship.
During a private moment, Megan admitted she was struggling with her role as a stepmother. She confessed it was even making her doubt her abilities as a mother in general.
The 35-year-old admitted she was initially drawn to Jordan, 30, because he was a single dad, but she’s now realized how difficult it would be to build a life with him. She understands she’d have to change a lot about her current lifestyle to make it work.

She paused, then admitted, “I’ve been so focused on myself, I guess.” She explained that she’d entered the experiment hoping to find a lasting relationship. “I’ll always care for Jordan,” she said, “but we’re not meant to be together.”
Following their split, Jordan admitted he regretted letting Megan meet his son while they were filming the show. But recently, he shared that the meeting actually went really well, and Megan and his son seemed to get along famously.

It all happened very naturally,” Jordan explained on the October 15th episode of AD Smith’s What’s the Reality? podcast. He initially felt confident he’d made the right decision, thinking, “I chose the right person.”

Ultimately, Anton’s lifestyle and money problems weren’t a good fit for what Ali wanted.
She told the truck driver at the altar, “I can’t marry you.” She explained that the man she’d connected with while they were dating in the pods was very different from the man she’d gotten to know in person.
So, she listened to her intuition.
It just didn’t feel authentic or how I imagined it would,” she explained. “I didn’t get the impression he was completely honest about his life.
Anton wasn’t sure what went wrong – whether it was a matter of appearances, the overall feeling between them, or simply how they lived together. But he insisted he always cared for her deeply.

Despite connecting over shared experiences with family members who have Type 1 diabetes, Megan and her fiancé had very different approaches to life – he favored simplicity, while she enjoyed luxury. This ultimately led to Megan ending their engagement at the end of the ninth season.
The entrepreneur said they were like ships passing in the night – two people living completely separate lives. But Jordan didn’t understand the comparison, saying, “I don’t get it.”
After Megan mentioned Jordan’s fussy eating and difficult travel commitments as a father, he responded by questioning why she had chosen him in the pods to begin with.
She admitted she’d initially hoped their differences would work out, but she still had doubts. “Looking back, I realize I never wanted to get married and put either of us through that,” she said, and both of them started to cry.
Jordan admitted his biggest regret was letting his son, Luca, meet her. He explained in a private interview that he believes she doesn’t love him for who he is, and that realization is enough for him to move on.
Megan shared that the experience made her doubt her abilities as a mother, wondering if she was too focused on her own needs.

At their wedding, both Kalybriah and Edmond declared their strong love for each other. However, Kalybriah ultimately rejected Edmond’s proposal, offering her apologies.
She told the realtor she needed someone who was fully committed, and she didn’t feel ready for that level of commitment herself. However, she wanted him to know that saying ‘no’ didn’t mean she didn’t care about him.
Edmond became upset and started crying, but Kalybriah thanked him for handling the situation with dignity as she explained her difficult choice. When he asked if they might date in the future, Kalybriah reassured him that she wasn’t ruling it out completely.
“I am shocked,” he said in a confessional of her decision. “There was no bright side.”

Joe and his partner didn’t get married in season nine because Joe ended things after experiencing an emotional crisis while trying on his tuxedo.
Madison later shared with Glamour that Joe presented different sides of himself depending on whether they were filming or not. When the cameras weren’t rolling, he was much more comforting and affectionate – they were very close and physically touchy. But on camera, he acted completely differently, and you can actually see that contrast during the pool party scene.
Madison directly asked Joe if he was attracted to her, and he admitted it had been a problem while they were on vacation.
Okay, so I HAD to ask him what his ‘type’ was, you know? And he said he usually goes for smaller women. I’m usually so sure of myself, but honestly, hearing that just… hit me. It made me feel so insecure, right then and there. I couldn’t believe it! It was like, all my confidence just vanished in that moment.
Joe explained that he was clumsily trying to describe a recurring pattern in his dating life, and didn’t intend to compare or judge anyone.

Nick broke up with Annie right before their wedding, telling her he felt upset that she always claimed to love him more than he loved her.
Despite being told it was finished, the hairstylist didn’t accept it and pleaded with Nick to stay with her, saying, “Just stay with me and love me.”
“You can’t make one plus one equal three,” he said, prompting her to say, “Watch me.”
Nick finally told Annie he wasn’t willing to marry her because he was unhappy.

Dave and Lauren’s relationship didn’t work out after they arrived in Honduras. While they discovered they had friends in common, the real issue was Dave’s discomfort with Lauren having previously been intimate with someone they both knew, a fact she revealed during filming.
Plus, Dave hadn’t wanted to introduce Lauren to his friends or family. He hadn’t even told his dad about their engagement, and his sister, who would later cause a lot of problems, completely disapproved of the relationship.

Many viewers thought Monica and Joey were a perfect match and expected them to get married. But when the time came, Monica decided she wasn’t ready to commit just yet.
She said, crying, that she was completely sure of how she felt, but it seemed like neither she nor Joey was fully ready. Joey wholeheartedly agreed.
He hugged her and reassured her that everything was alright. He admitted they clearly cared for each other, but felt they both needed to focus on personal growth. He agreed he wasn’t ready for a relationship right now, and wasn’t fully prepared emotionally at this time.

Despite having significant differences in beliefs and values, like religion and politics, Ben and Sara appeared to be in agreement as their wedding day approached. However, they eventually decided to call off their relationship.
Sara, who previously told me she didn’t see a future with Ben, explained to him, “Ben, I love you very much, but I’ve always wanted a partner I truly connect with. Because of that, I can’t continue this relationship. I’m sorry if that’s hard to hear, but I want to be clear about my feelings.”
She explained that while she deeply cares for him, their core beliefs are too different for a relationship to work. Although her heart is involved, she ultimately realized she couldn’t make it work because of their conflicting values.

Devin and Virginia appeared to be a strong couple, looking forward to their future together after completing the relationship pods. However, their harmony was disrupted when they started discussing a prenuptial agreement.
Ultimately, more significant problems led Virginia to end her relationship with Devin and decide against spending her life with him.
After leaving the altar, she explained, through tears, that she often felt the need to shield Devin throughout their relationship. She wasn’t sure if it was due to her upbringing, but protecting him was always a priority. This meant avoiding certain subjects he didn’t want to discuss, like politics, and ultimately, they never fully explored deeper aspects of their connection. They simply didn’t reach that level of intimacy.

In the end, Daniel and Taylor were the happy couple who decided to commit to a lifetime of love, promising to stay together long after the holidays were over.
Despite a rocky start – Taylor believed Daniel had been checking her Instagram profile before their meeting – they were able to move past it and connect.
I was so happy for them! After sharing such heartfelt promises with each other, they had a truly beautiful wedding and a reception that was just full of joy and celebration.
“We did it!” Daniel exclaimed, sitting with Taylor after their wedding. Taylor added, beaming, “We can’t wait to start our life together.”

Brittany and Leo realized they didn’t have a romantic connection, as Brittany explained to People magazine. They discussed the possibility of a relationship early on, but as they spent time together, it became clear they weren’t a good match. They were able to communicate openly and respectfully, making the realization and decision to part ways relatively easy.
Soon after appearing on a Netflix dating show, Brittany began dating musician Mod Sun in November 2024. However, she announced their breakup in July 2025.

Monica and Stephen split up after she discovered explicit text messages between her fiancé and another woman while they were still on vacation in Mexico. Stephen initially apologized on the show, but later posted a message on social media after the episode was broadcast.
In an October 2024 post on Instagram Stories, he expressed regret if his presence bothered anyone, apologizing for any negative impact and saying he wished things could be different. He finished by saying he still cares for everyone.

After leaving the pods, Hannah and Nick experienced plenty of challenges and arguments. Hannah famously pointed out, “I think you’re treated as an equal when you start contributing like one.”
Everything fell apart when Hannah ended the relationship, deciding she didn’t want to get married. Nick described the split as incredibly painful, saying it was one of the worst experiences of his life.
Since then, Hannah has admitted the show forced her to do some self-introspection.
She recently shared that she’s been doing some self-reflection and realized she has areas for improvement. Specifically, she acknowledged she’s very direct, but understands that how she communicates is just as important as what she says. She mentioned this during an October episode of The Viall Files podcast, explaining that delivery can make all the difference.

Taylor and Garrett immediately connected, feeling like a perfect match – almost as if it was fate. They did face one challenge when Taylor discovered Garrett had responded to a message from a former girlfriend, but he quickly clarified he was engaged and ended the conversation. After that, their relationship blossomed, becoming a memorable love story from the show Love Is Blind.
The pair were still married at the Love Is Blind reunion in October 2024.

You’re not mistaken – Marissa and Ramses were initially a strong couple and considered likely to succeed, but Ramses ultimately canceled their wedding because he wasn’t sure about continuing the relationship.
“I see a wonderful future with you, and I want to spend my life with you,” Marissa said to her fiancé after they had a serious conversation. He replied, “I know loving someone always involves taking a chance.”
He acknowledged that their disagreements—like their differing views on the military—could be too significant to overcome. He explained that, from his own experience and observing other relationships, love isn’t always enough for a marriage to succeed. He believes other important factors need to be in place as well.
Marissa tried to remain composed, but once she realized the relationship was truly over, she started crying. She told him, “I wish you hadn’t come here for this,” expressing her confusion and hurt. “I was so certain about us, and you weren’t? It’s awful – I really wanted you to choose me.” She later described the breakup as the worst day of her life.

Tyler and Ashley were quickly popular with viewers as their romance developed smoothly. However, things became complicated when Tyler revealed he had three children, a revelation Ashley dismissively called his “sperm donor babies.” The extent of Tyler’s relationship with his children is a topic of online debate, but he hasn’t spoken about it publicly.
By the October 2024 reunion show, Ashley and Tyler had resolved their differences, reconnected, and eventually married.
‘These past two months have been life-changing,’ Tyler shared, sitting with Ashley after their wedding. ‘And now, we get to enjoy the rest of our lives as husband and wife.’
However, Ashley later shared that the pair had called it quits following over one year of marriage.
In a statement released in January 2025, she announced that she and Tyler have separated and are getting a divorce. She explained that after a lot of thought, they realized they were growing apart and couldn’t continue their marriage, despite hoping they could resolve their differences with open communication.

Alex and Tim appeared to resolve their big argument during their trip to Mexico, and their relationship seemed stronger than before when they returned to Washington, D.C. Things got even better when Tim had a heartfelt conversation with Alex’s father, suggesting a promising future for them.
After Alex met Tim’s family, the couple had another fight, and Tim broke off their engagement, telling Alex he never wanted to see her again. Since the breakup, both Alex and Tim have publicly shared their sides of the story, with Alex clarifying that the split wasn’t a mutual agreement.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve seen couples go through their ups and downs, and Chelsea and Jimmy were no different! They had a few bumps in the road throughout their relationship, but it was so lovely to witness them finally work things out. They even had a sweet date at an amusement park just before their wedding – it felt like a really beautiful turning point for them, and they seemed genuinely happy to have put their disagreements behind them.
Jimmy ended his engagement with Chelsea, leaving her shocked and in tears, as he was ready to move on from their tumultuous relationship.
Jimmy confessed to Chelsea during their date, ‘I’m deeply in love with you and really want a relationship, but I don’t see marriage in our future. I just can’t commit to that.’
He said they were simplifying a complex situation, but it stemmed from several deeply upsetting issues – around five or six of them. One example was Chelsea sharing a private secret about Jimmy’s previous relationship with a friend.
After one last argument about their past relationships, Chelsea finally left, crying and saying, “I really thought we had a chance.”
The pair were both single during the March 2024 reunion.

Clay was reluctant to get married because of his father’s past infidelity, but AD comforted him, promising they could overcome any challenges together. Things seemed good between them at the time.
However, when it came time to say “I do” at their wedding, Clay unexpectedly said “I don’t.” He explained to AD that getting married wouldn’t be a responsible decision because he wasn’t prepared.
Cue the shock.
He told AD he would handle the effort needed and they would face this together. He explained that he wasn’t ready for marriage, regardless of what others might think, and that she deserved someone who was. He couldn’t commit fully right now, and wouldn’t do so until he was truly ready, so he couldn’t say yes to her proposal at this time.
The discovery deeply upset AD, causing her to break down in tears and angrily state that the relationship had been a complete waste of her time.
Clay explained that both financial and emotional connections were significant factors in his decision to leave. He confessed, “I had to ask myself if I was still a husband, and the answer was no. I also realized I wasn’t truly in love anymore.”
Okay, so at the recent get-together, Clay really laid it all out there – he admitted he messed up and genuinely wants to give things another shot with AD. But AD? She’s playing it cool, leaving him (and everyone else!) wondering if she’s even open to the idea of getting back together. It’s a classic will-they-won’t-they situation, honestly!
AD admitted she did go on a few dates with her costar, Matthew Duliba, after they finished filming, but they are no longer dating.
She announced in May 2025 she’s expecting her first baby with fiancé Ollie Sutherland.

Amy and Johnny were the only couple from season six to get married, and their wedding was beautiful! What made it even more special was how easily they blended their families together. Amy’s father even shared that he now feels like he has several daughters, including Johnny’s sister.
As for Johnny, he too declared at his reception that his father-in-law was his “new dad.”
They are still married.

Brittany and Kenneth’s relationship began passionately, but it didn’t last after they faced the challenges of everyday life.
Brittany explained to Life & Style that things changed once they left the pods and returned to Charlotte. She felt they had a very strong connection while isolated, but that passion faded a little when they went back to their normal lives.
Brittany and her ex-fiancé are still friends. At a recent get-together, she shared that even though their romantic relationship ended, they’ll always share a strong connection.

Laura and Jeramey’s engagement ended abruptly when Laura discovered her fiancé had reconnected with a fellow castmate, Sarah Ann Bick, while they were out socializing. Following a heated argument, Laura ended things with Jeramey.
But instead of that, he went off to ride jet skis with Sarah Ann.
At the March 2024 reunion, Jeramey shared that he and Sarah Ann had been casually dating for about a year after the show finished filming, but they are no longer together.
Laura is dating someone else, who she did not identify at the reunion.

Despite overcoming challenges like Izzy’s initial connection with Johnie Maraist and Stacy’s preference for a certain lifestyle—she didn’t want to use paper plates—Stacy ultimately decided not to marry Izzy because he wasn’t truthful about his financial history.
Even though Stacy didn’t go through with the wedding, she still wanted to stay with the heartbroken Izzy.
“We’re at different spots,” he told her. “It really breaks my heart.”
You know, I’ve been following Stacy’s journey, and she’s really grateful to Izzy for helping her connect with her feelings. However, she’s also being honest with herself – and with Izzy. She’s realized that while she appreciates the emotional connection, she needs to be absolutely certain about a future together, and ‘fairly certain’ just doesn’t cut it when you’re talking about a lifetime commitment. She’s prioritizing knowing, deep down, that this is the one, and I completely respect that.
Izzy is now dating surgical assistant Shelby Webb.

The only bright spot from season five dimmed when Lydia revealed on an interview with former castmate AD Smith, on his podcast What’s the Reality, in June 2025, that she was divorcing Milton after less than three years of marriage.
She explained it wasn’t a single event, but rather a buildup of problems over time. When she informed him she’d let him know when the divorce papers were finalized, he said he wouldn’t sign them without a non-disclosure agreement.
She explained that she decided to go public with the news because she’d been holding it in for too long. She felt it was important to share what she’d been going through, as staying silent had become overwhelming.
Lydia stated that while they were married, other women accused her husband, Milton, 26, of flirting excessively and buying them drinks at bars. He denied these claims, but instead of addressing them, he questioned why Lydia would even consider the rumors to be true.

Throughout the season, Paul and Micah seemed drawn to each other despite their differences, but things fell apart at their wedding. Micah, noticing Paul’s uncertainty, asked him to speak first, and he ultimately decided not to marry her.
“I feel terrible,” Micah admitted. “If Paul had proposed, I definitely would have accepted.”
You know, at the recent reunion, Paul did something really mature – he apologized for a hurtful thing he said about Micah. He’d previously shared, in a private moment, that he struggled to picture her as a mom, and he realized that was insensitive. It was good to see him take responsibility and make amends.
Paul admitted he hadn’t been fair to her when he spoke earlier. He clarified that his real concern is he doesn’t envision them being parents together.
Although they got back together for a short time after finishing the movie, Paul and Micah eventually split up permanently. Paul said the final breakup happened when he went to visit Micah in Arizona.
On the show After the Altar, Paul shared that he was seeing someone new – a woman who loves to travel and appreciates his cooking. He later publicly confirmed their relationship on Instagram with Geneva Dunham, who works as an eyelash technician.

Even though Kwame’s mother didn’t come to the wedding and he had some questionable chats with Micah – someone he also met while dating – Kwame and Chelsea were still one of the three couples who got married at the end of the fourth season.
At the reunion, Chelsea shared that she’s now met her husband’s mother. Kwame also apologized to his wife and her family for how he’d acted, explaining that his conversations with Micah hadn’t been his best moment.
The couple is living in Seattle with their beloved dog Rocky.

It’s often said that love can make you overlook flaws, but sometimes it takes time – or even getting engaged to someone else – to realize you’ve made a mistake. This happened to Zack, who proposed to Irina Solomonova, but they ended their engagement while on a trip to Mexico.
Despite initial challenges and objections from Bliss’ father, the couple reconciled and got married. They celebrated by sharing their first dance as husband and wife to Lee Ann Womack’s “I Hope You Dance” – the song that originally brought them together while in the pods.
Following the final episode, Zack posted a picture of him and his partner on Instagram, writing “Eternal Bliss” in the caption.
The couple announced in November 2023 that they were having a baby, and in April 2024, they welcomed their daughter, Galileo Terri Rayne Goytowski.

It feels like we haven’t seen a Love Is Blind couple with such a natural connection since Cameron Hamilton and Lauren Speed in the first season!
Tiffany, 36, and Brett, 37, were the oldest couple in the experiment and still managed to get married, despite a last-minute wardrobe mishap when Brett’s pants didn’t fit! A big thanks to the seamstress, Lucia, for saving the day.
Since filming wrapped, Tiffany and Brett moved to Portland and are still perfect! Phew!

After SK said “I don’t” at their wedding, he and Raven seemingly parted ways.
Once the cameras stopped filming, the couple got back together and announced they were dating again during the season three reunion show.
A month later, the couple announced their separation following rumors of infidelity. In a joint social media statement released in November, SK and Raven explained they couldn’t share details due to ongoing legal issues and asked for privacy during this difficult time. They thanked their followers for supporting their relationship.

Viewers were shocked and disappointed when Jackie decided to reconnect with Josh Demas, the man she’d also formed a connection with in the pods, before officially breaking up with Marshall.
During the reunion, Jackie clarified what happened with her relationships. She explained, “I ended things with Marshall before I met Josh at the coffee shop. It might seem like I was unfaithful, but I wasn’t.”
Jackie explained that she takes responsibility for her part in the breakup with Marshall, stating that they simply weren’t a good match for each other.
Jackie and Josh were still a couple and living together at the end of After the Altar. However, she revealed in an Instagram Live session in September 2023 that they had since split up.
Oh my gosh, so Marshall actually talked to Kacia after the show! He told TopMob they did try to connect, but honestly, good for him! He said he needed to just get away from everything after being on the show, and I totally get that. It must have been so intense, and he needed space. I’m glad he prioritized himself, even if it meant not pursuing things with Kacia. He’s just the best!
On the show After the Altar, Marshall shared that he’s been dating Dr. Chay Barnes for a year and hopes to marry her. The couple got engaged in December 2023.
