Love Island All Stars 2026 confirms start date with longest season yet for hit reality show

It’s time for another sun-soaked winter as Love Island All Stars makes a grand return next month!

ITV has announced the return of the reality series on Monday, January 12th, airing on both ITV2 and ITVX. This season is expected to be the longest in the show’s history.

ITV announced earlier this year that the reality show will be back for a longer third season. This time, it will run for six weeks, up from the previous five.

According to Mike Spencer-Hayter, Creative Director at Lifted Entertainment, ‘Love Island: All Stars’ is already a success, captivating viewers with the return of popular contestants from the last decade who are hoping to find love again.

We’re thrilled about season 3! Following the huge success of the recent series, All Stars will keep you on the edge of your seat with plenty of surprises and unexpected developments.

The show is bringing back beloved Islanders from the past decade to the original villa where they first found love.

While looking for a real connection, contestants will face the usual relationship challenges – new people arriving, shifting attractions, and figuring out what it means to be truly vulnerable.

Gabby Allen and Casey O’Gorman won the show at the beginning of the year, but their romance didn’t last after filming ended.

Love Island and Love Island: All Stars are major hits for ITV, especially with viewers aged 16-34. The shows have been the most-watched program of the day for that age group on over 450 occasions, and have been streamed more than 2 billion times on ITVX.

Amanda Stavri, a commissioning editor at ITV, said Love Island remains incredibly popular with over 2 billion views. The recent All Stars series has quickly become a regular part of their programming, and they’re excited to begin work on a third series, bringing back some of the most-loved contestants for another must-see season.

Love Island All Stars returns on Monday 12th January 2026 on ITV2 and ITVX.
