Lovish adds PS5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, PS4, and Switch versions; launches in Q1 2026

DANGEN Entertainment and LABS Works have announced that the 8-bit action adventure game Lovish will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC (via Steam) in the first quarter of 2026. This is a new announcement for the console versions of the game.

In Lovish, you play as Sir Solomon, a knight deeply in love, battling his way through a castle ruled by the Devil Lord! He’s on a quest to rescue the princess and win her affection, but he’ll discover much more than he expects during his adventure. The game features classic, room-by-room action with a nostalgic feel.

With over 50 levels, Lovish blends fast-paced combat, challenging platforming, and clever puzzles, constantly presenting players with new goals. After completing each area, random events occur—you might stumble into an unexpected RPG battle or experience something completely strange! Sir Solomon and his companions leave Castle Cornelius on a quest to rescue Princess Tsuna from the clutches of the evil Devil Lord. However, Solomon is secretly worried that once freed, the princess might fall for one of his friends instead of him. Driven by jealousy, he abandons his friends and bravely – or perhaps foolishly – decides to infiltrate the Devil Lord’s castle on his own, determined to win the princess’s heart.

Play as Sir Solomon and battle your way through a castle filled with quick challenges! Slice monsters, grab useful items, and race to the exit of each room. After every victory, you’ll see a short cutscene – anything could happen, from finding a new item to a surprise battle, or even the end of the world!
