Interestingly, this player had already scored a touchdown in overtime, which meant that the computer (CPU) had no choice but to match the score. However, instead of attempting to do so on 4th and 2, the CPU decided to punt the ball, ending the game unexpectedly. This situation highlights some odd programming decisions in the game.
