Netmarble announced that its free-to-play role-playing game based on the manga *The Seven Deadly Sins* will be released on January 28th. The game is similar in style to *Genshin Impact*, and joins a growing number of titles launching early next year.
This new story expands on the established world and characters, and was written with guidance from the original author, Nakaba Suzuki, especially for fans of the series.

Here’s the story premise, via the PS Blog:
You play as Tristan, a young adventurer who gets caught up in a massive crisis that could destroy everything. As he discovers strange new abilities and bizarre events start happening across the land of Britannia, Tristan embarks on a journey through ancient ruins, famous battlegrounds, and tears in the fabric of space and time.
In the game, you can do lots of different things, like catch creatures, go fishing, collect materials, make new items, and solve puzzles based on the environment.
The game features fast-paced combat where you can switch between characters on the fly, similar to what you might find in Genshin Impact.
Just so you know, you can play this game by yourself even though it also has options for playing with a friend.
