The writer of a cookbook openly expressed her candid thoughts about Meghan Markle, a contemporary lifestyle guru, as she recently debuted her As Ever brand.

In a recent interview with Yahoo! Lifestyle on July 27th, Martha expressed, “I must admit I’m not overly familiar with Meghan, but I trust she’s well-informed. For me, being genuine is crucial, and having in-depth knowledge about the topics you discuss is equally important.

Moving past her hopes for the actress known as “Meghan,” the 83-year-old individual also shared thoughts about Gwyneth Paltrow, founder of the wellness company Goop, which was established in 2008.

Martha added, “Let me tell you, Gwyneth has achieved great success. She’s not only built a fascinating array of businesses, but she’s also highly respected. And to top it all off, she even won an Oscar in acting!

Martha added, “She’s pretty powerful.”

Regarding her views on Meghan and Gwyneth becoming part of the circle of lifestyle influencers she is often credited with starting in the ’80s, what are her thoughts on this development?

“I don’t mind,” Martha said. “Good luck.”
