Dotemu and Tribute Games have announced that MARVEL Cosmic Invasion will be available on December 1st for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam). The game is also newly confirmed to be launching on the upcoming Switch 2 console.
Players will also be able to control Phoenix and the Invincible Iron Man, adding to a roster that already includes Captain America, Wolverine, Spider-Man, Storm, Phyla-Vell, Venom, Nova, She-Hulk, Rocket Raccoon, Silver Surfer, Beta Ray Bill, Black Panther, and Cosmic Ghost Rider.

Okay, so I’m totally hyped about MARVEL Cosmic Invasion! Basically, this super powerful villain, Annihilus, is attacking the entire galaxy, and it’s looking really bad for everyone. All sorts of heroes – from Earth and beyond – are teaming up to stop him and this massive attack force he’s leading, called the Annihilation Wave. You get to pick from a bunch of cool characters and fight your way from the streets of New York all the way to this crazy place called the Negative Zone to try and stop Annihilus from, well, destroying everything!
Joining an already impressive team of heroes like Captain America, She-Hulk, Rocket Raccoon, Wolverine, Spider-Man, Storm, Phyla-Vell, Venom, Nova, Black Panther, Beta Ray Bill, and Silver Surfer, Phoenix and Invincible Iron Man are now playable in MARVEL Cosmic Invasion. With 15 heroes to choose from, the game offers players a wide range of abilities and playstyles as they embark on a cosmic adventure.
Quickly switch between two characters you select to build the perfect team! Use the Cosmic Swap system mid-battle to combine different superpowers and special attacks for powerful combos and massive damage.
In MARVEL Cosmic Invasion, team up with different characters to earn powerful upgrades and rewards as you battle through iconic locations and face off against famous Marvel villains. The game is designed to be fun for everyone, with accessibility options for all players, and lets up to four players team up locally or online – even with friends on different platforms!
