I’m so excited! A demo for MARVEL Cosmic Invasion is finally here! Steam is hosting it as part of Steam Next Fest: October 2025 Edition. Dotemu, the publisher, and Tribute Games, the developers, just announced it!

Demo Features
- Two Levels – Blast through the bustling streets of New York City and take the fight to the Helicarrier levels.
- Choose from Nine Heroes – Unleash iconic moves and experiment with epic duos. Swing in as Spider-Man, slash through as Wolverine, smash as She-Hulk, or rain down lightning as Storm. Other playable heroes include Venom, Nova, Phyla-Vell, Rocket Raccoon, and Captain America.
- Local and Online Cooperative Play – Team up with a friend on the couch or assemble from across the globe.
- Steam Deck – Take the MARVEL Cosmic Invasion with you on the go, as this demo is fully playable on Steam Deck.
About the Game
In MARVEL Cosmic Invasion, the incredibly powerful villain Annihilus is attacking the entire galaxy, putting all life at risk. You get to pick and play as a team of two heroes, and you can switch between them instantly during battles using the new Cosmic Swap system. This lets you combine different superpowers and special moves for powerful team attacks and huge damage. After the success of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge, Dotemu and Tribute Games are bringing that classic beat ‘em up fun to a new generation with exciting tag-team action and a celebration of Marvel’s most famous characters and storylines in MARVEL Cosmic Invasion.
MARVEL Cosmic Invasion is scheduled to be released in 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC through Steam.
