Godzilla is quickly causing chaos throughout the Marvel Universe, as shown in the first three issues of Godzilla Destroys The Marvel Universe. The latest issue finally addresses a popular question: who would win in a battle between Godzilla and the Incredible Hulk? As Marvel’s heroes struggle against Godzilla’s immense power, Bruce Banner is sent to try and stop him, and the Hulk receives a significant power boost in the process.
To give the Hulk a chance against Godzilla, Bruce Banner was equipped with the technology used to create Giant-Man, making the Hulk incredibly large. The two colossal creatures then battled, with the Hulk noting that Godzilla packed a more powerful punch than even the Thing or Thor. This series has already shown Godzilla defeating a Celestial, a being of immense cosmic power. While Godzilla may have finally found an equal opponent in the Hulk, Banner ultimately discovered that the monster was simply too strong, even for his giant form.
Okay, so I just saw the fight between Godzilla and Hulk in Wakanda, and wow! It was brutal. Godzilla completely dominated. He actually twisted Hulk’s leg so badly it broke in a really nasty way, then bit into his side and unleashed his atomic breath – it was like Hulk was glowing from the inside! Honestly, Godzilla won that fight, no question. He proved he’s stronger, even with Hulk being way bigger than usual. It’s funny, because I recently watched a Death Battle episode where they predicted Hulk would win, but after seeing this fight? They seriously need to revisit that decision!
The Marvel Universe Responds
I watched as the Hulk went down against Godzilla, but it seems the Marvel Universe isn’t giving up just yet. Black Panther just revealed something incredible – a massive robot called the “Mecha Adaptoid Centurion Mark-A.” It looks like it could actually stand a chance against Godzilla. The final page of the fourth issue showed me that this robot isn’t just metal and circuits; it’s powered by some of Marvel’s biggest heroes! Thor, Storm, Spider-Man, Quicksilver, Black Panther himself, Doctor Strange, Iron Man, and a whole bunch of others are all inside, lending their powers to the mech.
After several individual issues featuring Godzilla battling heroes like Spider-Man, Thor, the Fantastic Four, the Avengers, and the X-Men, this epic team-up is almost over. Godzilla Destroys The Marvel Universe will conclude with its fifth and final issue, and because the story isn’t part of the main Marvel timeline, anything is possible in the ending.
