Marvel’s Mature Disney+ TV Show Getting Season 2 — Report

A mature Disney+ show from Marvel Television is reportedly getting a second season.

The past few years have brought a lot of Marvel TV shows, including premieres like Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, Daredevil: Born Again, Ironheart, Eyes of Wakanda, and Marvel Zombies. Wonder Man is coming in January, and we can expect a second season of Daredevil: Born Again in March 2026.

What Marvel Disney+ TV show is getting a season 2?

Marvel Studios is reportedly developing a project based on Marvel Zombies, according to insider Alex Perez from The Cosmic Circus.

“They want to continue that story,” Perez said.

Rumors surfaced last October, reported by Daniel Richtman, that Marvel was developing a second season of its adult animated series, Marvel Zombies. However, Marvel hasn’t officially confirmed the show’s renewal, so this information remains unconfirmed for now.

Brad Winderbaum from Marvel has indicated that a second season of Marvel Zombies is likely, but depends on viewership of the first season. He explained to ComicBook that if enough people watch the show on Disney+, they’ll make more, and the team is prepared to do so.

Marvel Zombies, now streaming on Disney+, takes place in an alternate timeline separate from the main Marvel Cinematic Universe, first established in season one of the animated series, What If…? The show, created by Bryan Andrews and Zeb Wells, features a star-studded voice cast including Iman Vellani as Ms. Marvel, Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams, Hailee Steinfeld as Kate Bishop, Todd Williams as Blade, Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova, David Harbour as Red Guardian, Simu Liu as Shang-Chi, Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff, Hudson Thames as Spider-Man, Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, and many others.
