McFarlane Toys has been steadily adding Batmobiles to their DC Multiverse line, but they hadn’t released the classic version – until now! They’re about to launch a Batmobile inspired by the 1966 TV show with Adam West and Burt Ward, and it will be available starting October 24th at 9am Pacific Time / 12pm Eastern Time at Entertainment Earth and on Amazon.
Okay, so I’m really excited about the new DC Multiverse ’66 Batmobile! From what we know so far, it looks amazing and it’s a good size – about 21 inches long. It’s cool that it’s big enough to fit 7-inch figures, but honestly, it’s a little disappointing to hear that no figures are actually coming with it. That feels like a bit of a miss, to be honest.

As a collector, I was excited to see McFarlane Toys tackling the classic Adam West Batman in their DC Multiverse line. But it’s a little disappointing that Burt Ward’s Robin hasn’t joined him yet – you’d really expect to see the dynamic duo together, right? They did release a Robin in their DC Retro line, but honestly, a 6-inch figure alongside the 7-inch Batman just feels…off. Fingers crossed we get a proper DC Multiverse version of the ’66 Robin soon to complete the set!
We’ll share more information about the DC Multiverse ’66 Batmobile after it’s released on October 24th. Check back here for direct links to purchase, pricing, and other details!
