Daryl Sabara wishes everyone well.
Following the recent online discussion sparked by Ashley Tisdale French’s essay in The Cut—where she discussed a negative experience with a mothers’ group—several celebrities, including Mandy Moore, Hilary Duff, and Meghan Trainor, became involved. Amidst this, actress Alexa Vega, known for her role in Spy Kids, subtly joined the conversation.
Daryl, who shares 4-year-old Riley and 2-year-old Barry with Meghan, told TMZ on January 8th that he wasn’t interested in getting involved in any conflict. He said his priority is simply making sure his kids are happy.
When asked about the essay, the 33-year-old simply said he wasn’t sure what to think, but he hoped the author was doing alright.
After Ashley wrote about feeling left out by a group of mom friends and ultimately deciding to stop being part of the group, many people wondered if the friends she was referring to were Mandy, Hilary, and Meghan – all women she’d been seen with before.
Even though Ashley’s representative said the essay wasn’t about those three women, the women believed to be involved have still been speaking out about it.
Meghan, for instance, playfully expressed her surprise over the situation.
In a TikTok video posted on January 8th, the singer of “Dear Future Husband” pretended to type on a computer and react with shock, with text on the screen saying she’d just discovered some drama within a mom group.

I’ve been watching this unfold, and it’s fascinating! She really leaned into the situation by pairing the video with her new song, “Still Don’t Care.” Honestly, the song’s message makes it pretty clear – she’s truly unbothered by it all, and that’s empowering to see.
In the chorus, Meghan sings about being unbothered, repeating, “Let me think about it for a moment, but it doesn’t affect me at all. I still don’t care. Let me look at it again… no, I still don’t care.”
And to cap it all off, the 32-year-old captioned her post with a series of tea emojis.
Okay, so everyone’s been watching the situation with Mandy and Hilary, and honestly, they’ve both stayed pretty quiet about it. But Hilary’s husband, Matthew Koma? He definitely wasn’t shy about sharing what he thinks. It’s been interesting to see how everyone’s handling things differently, and he really put his feelings out there.

The musician posted a mock magazine cover on Instagram, copying a pose of Ashley’s, and seemingly responded to her recent essay. The cover’s headline read, “When You’re The Most Self-Obsessed and Out-of-Touch Person on Earth, Other Moms Usually Focus on Their Kids.”
The subheading above the fake headline read, “A Mom Group Tell All Through A Father’s Eyes.”
Ashley hasn’t spoken out about the recent controversy. But her representative told TMZ they were disappointed with the reaction to her essay, explaining it was meant to highlight the challenges faced by young mothers and had been misinterpreted.

In January 2024, Bobby addressed speculation about a disagreement with Tan, following his announcement in November 2023 that he was leaving Queer Eye after eight seasons. (Bobby is shown second from the left in the picture.)
I was so relieved to hear him say that he and Tan are doing okay. He told Vanity Fair that they had a private issue they were working through, but it’s completely separate from the show. He was really clear that it wasn’t a romantic thing, just something personal that had been building up between them. It’s good to know they’re handling it and it won’t affect the show we all love!
In March 2024, Tan addressed claims that he tried to get his friend Jeremiah Brent to replace Bobby on the show Queer Eye.
Netflix and the production team held extensive auditions. I didn’t recommend my friend for the role, but they ultimately got it because they were the most qualified. I also want to clarify that I didn’t help them get the part by having anyone else removed from consideration, as he explained on Instagram.

During a September 2023 game of “Stir the Pot” with her daughter, Kelly Osbourne, on TopMob News, Sharon Osbourne revealed that actor Topher Grace was the rudest celebrity she’d ever encountered. She described him as a very rude and unpleasant person.
He did not respond to her remarks publicly.
Five years ago, Sharon shared with Larry King that Ashton seemed upset during his 2014 appearance on The Talk because she had mispronounced his name.
She remembered him asking, ‘Who are you and what have you accomplished in this field?’ She said she responded by telling him, ‘Don’t underestimate me, because I’ll completely overwhelm you.’ She added, ‘You have no idea what you’re up against, young man.’

In August 2022, Cassadee Pope and Maren Morris publicly disagreed with Brittany Aldean, the wife of country singer Jason Aldean. This followed Brittany sharing a video on Instagram showing her applying makeup, where she thanked her parents for not allowing her to transition genders during a phase where she preferred traditionally masculine interests, and expressed her enjoyment of a feminine lifestyle.

In a 2022 TikTok trend, JoJo Siwa called Candace Cameron Bure the “rudest” celebrity she’d met, explaining that Bure once declined to pose for a photo with her at a red carpet event. Soon after, Cameron Bure apologized, saying she regretted hurting Siwa’s feelings as a young fan and expressed her sincere regret for not taking the picture.
Candace and the other person resolved their differences. However, when asked months later if her network, Great American Family, would ever feature same-sex couples as the main characters in its holiday movies, she said it wouldn’t, explaining that the network would continue to focus on traditional marriage.
JoJo, who publicly shared they are part of the LGBTQ+ community in 2021, responded to the actress’ comment on Instagram, calling it “rude and hurtful to an entire community.”

In June 2021, Courtney Love claimed Olivia Rodrigo had copied the album cover art for Hole in a promotional photo without acknowledging the source. Olivia responded with a supportive message, saying, “Love u and live through this sooooo much.” Courtney then playfully replied, “Olivia – you’re welcome! My favorite florist is in Notting Hill, London! DM me if you want the details! I’m excited to receive your message! 😉”

While on Watch What Happens Live, the Happy Days actor explained the reason for his difficult relationship with the Forrest Gump star while filming the 1989 movie Turner & Hooch.
I directed the film for thirteen days, and then Jeff Katzenberg, the producer, told me to pack up and go home, saying I had everything I needed, according to him.
Winkler and Hanks’ dog seemed to hit it off. “I really loved that dog,” Winkler said, “We got along wonderfully.”
He also refused to admit if he’s even seen the flick.

“You know what you did!”
Anyone who watched The Hills likely remembers Lauren’s famous line from the start of season three. The drama between her and Heidi began when Heidi started dating Spencer Pratt, and it really exploded when Lauren claimed Heidi and Spencer spread a false rumor about her and Jason Wahler making a sex tape.

Tyrese and Dwayne Johnson had a public falling out after the release date for Fast & Furious 9 was delayed until April 2020. On the same day, a spin-off movie featuring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham was announced, scheduled for release in 2019. Shortly after, Tyrese said he would leave Fast 9 if Dwayne Johnson remained involved.
Tyrese recently discussed the long-standing conflict with Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, telling Van Lathan on The Red Pill podcast that he still hasn’t spoken to Johnson directly, though they plan to talk. He did mention having a conversation with one of Johnson’s producing partners, but not with Johnson himself.
Tyrese admitted he shouldn’t have publicly shared frustrations he heard from others connected to the franchise. He explained he was the one who spoke out, which he now recognizes was unprofessional and a mistake.

No more bad blood here.
Taylor Swift and Katy Perry were famously feuding for years, with some believing their conflict even inspired Taylor’s song “Bad Blood.” The disagreement, which began with issues over a shared backup dancer and competition during their concert tours, ended when Katy sent Taylor an actual olive branch as a peace offering before Taylor’s Reputation Tour began.
Taylor shared a video on Instagram explaining she found a real olive branch in her dressing room and said it meant a lot to her.
Taylor captioned the video, “Thank you Katy.”

For years, Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker, stars of Sex and the City, successfully dismissed rumors of a disagreement. However, those rumors resurfaced when Kim chose not to participate in a third movie and made some pointed comments about her co-star.
During a September 2017 episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy Cohen asked Sarah Jessica Parker how she felt about Kim Cattrall telling Piers Morgan they had only ever been coworkers, not friends.
She was deeply upset, explaining she felt heartbroken about something. They had discussed it during the previous week, and she found the situation really disturbing because it didn’t match her memory of what happened.
It’s definitely sad, but I believe what truly connects us is the shared experience we had. While it started as a professional project, it became deeply personal because we all invested so much time and effort over the years. I’m hoping that those years of working on something special, and the connection we all felt, will ultimately be more memorable than any recent disagreements. It was a privilege to be a part of something so meaningful.
And though they didn’t film scenes together, Kim did make a small appearance on And Just Like That.

I’ve been following both Elton John and Madonna for years, and it’s honestly a bit sad to see their rivalry still going strong. It all started way back in 2004 when Elton accepted an award and completely called out Madonna. He basically said she was a terrible live performer, using some pretty strong language, and accused her of lip-syncing. He even went as far as saying anyone who pretends to sing live should face serious consequences – it was a really shocking moment, and it definitely kicked off a long-lasting feud. I remember being stunned when I first heard about it!

The actress, formerly known for her role on Grey’s Anatomy, caused a disagreement with the show’s creator back in 2008 when she asked to be removed from Emmy Award nominations. She explained that she didn’t think the storylines she was given were strong enough to deserve a nomination.
Shonda Rhimes discussed Katherine Heigl’s departure in a 2012 interview with Oprah Winfrey on Oprah’s Next Chapter. She admitted it was both hurtful and expected. “I’ve learned to pay attention to people’s actions,” Rhimes explained. “If someone shows you their true colors, you should believe it. That’s a lesson I’ve carried with me, and it’s been very helpful.”

The fight between Nicki and Cardi at the Harper’s Bazaar Icon party during New York Fashion Week became a major headline. A month later, Cardi publicly explained what she said caused the conflict with Nicki.
Cardi B recently told W magazine that someone has been repeatedly criticizing her. She explained that she’d talked to this person twice and thought they’d resolved things, but the criticism continued.
The conflict truly escalated when Cardi B noticed Nicki Minaj had supposedly reacted to a tweet criticizing Cardi’s parenting, though Nicki claims she didn’t actually engage with it.
Cardi B explained she turned down a potentially hugely profitable Bruno Mars tour because she wanted to be with her daughter. She strongly defended her decision, saying she’s a devoted mother and doesn’t regret prioritizing family. She also pointed out that opportunities to meet artists unexpectedly are rare, so she wasn’t going to pass up the chance at the event, regardless of whether it was considered the ‘right’ time or place.

The conflict between Kanye West and Taylor Swift began in 2009 when he interrupted her acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards. They later reconciled and became friends, but their relationship fell apart in 2016 after Kanye released his song “Famous,” which mentioned Taylor by name.
Just before the Grammys in February 2025, Kanye West began following only Taylor Swift on Instagram. He didn’t offer any explanation for this action, and Swift didn’t publicly acknowledge it.

“I don’t know her.”
The supposed rivalry between Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez has been talked about for over 15 years. It began during an interview when Mariah was asked about other singers, and when asked about Jennifer Lopez, she famously said, “I don’t know her.”
