The classic game “Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater” has received a modern refresh, about two decades after its initial release. While much of the game remains unchanged, you might notice that some items in each level have been moved from their original locations. However, rest assured that the location of the SVDs hasn’t altered, and here’s how to find it.

As you move towards the upcoming zone change, veer slightly to the left initially, rather than heading straight. This route will lead you on a longer walk, but rest assured, you’ll eventually come across a small pier with a structure that can be entered at its side.

In that location, you’ll come across a yellow door that you can open. Inside, you’ll notice an assortment of supplies strewn about on the floor, among which is the SVD Dragunov sniper rifle. That sums up the situation, but remember there are other methods to obtain this weapon as well.

Upon entering the Dremuchij North region, you can easily locate the Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) by proceeding straight ahead towards your right. Simply follow the path all the way to its end, and you’ll find the SVD lying on the ground there.
