Mikayla Nogueira is highlighting her new boyfriend.
Just two months after announcing her separation from Cody Hawken, the influencer publicly revealed her new boyfriend on Instagram. He was someone she’d previously shared was a high school sweetheart.
Mikayla responded to online speculation about her relationship by sharing photos of her and her partner on April 8th. She acknowledged she expected the attention and jokingly hoped she wouldn’t mess things up by addressing it.
So, you’re probably wondering about this guy I’ve been seen with! He was actually my high school boyfriend, and we recently reconnected. We’re enjoying getting to know each other again and taking things at a comfortable pace. He’s genuinely one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, so please be kind if you reach out!
I’m so glad she finally shared a glimpse of her boyfriend! She mentioned he won’t be a regular in her videos or posts, but she felt it was important for everyone to know he’s real and part of her life – she didn’t even share his name, which I totally respect, but just seeing them together makes me so happy for her!
Finally, Mikayla told her followers to stop making fun of her boyfriend’s looks.
She also asked people to stop focusing on finding unflattering photos or criticizing his appearance, saying they were being unkind. She then added that she thought he was very handsome.
Mikayla shared seven photos with her new boyfriend to show everyone how happy she is. The first picture showed them hugging and smiling at the camera.
More photos surfaced, seemingly taken at a restaurant, showing the couple happily raising their glasses. These included a mirror selfie and several pictures of them smiling together.

Mikayla made sure to highlight her partner with a couple of photos of him, including a cute picture of him with a dog who was playfully raising its paws.
Fans were probably surprised by the slideshow, especially since Mikayla had just revealed she was dating someone from high school—but didn’t want to share who it was yet.

Honestly, after my split from Cody earlier this year – we were married for two years – I’ve decided to keep any future relationships private. I’m happy to share my experiences and thoughts in videos like this one, but I won’t be showing anyone I’m with. I need to do things my way, and I’ve definitely learned from past mistakes in my previous relationships. I’m taking what I’ve learned and moving forward with a new approach to love.
She said she might share photos of him eventually, but not anytime soon. She’s okay with people seeing pictures of them if they come across them online or in public, but she doesn’t want to post anything about him on her own social media.

Mikayla hasn’t shared all the details, like how they got back in touch, but she made it very clear: she’s incredibly happy.
The founder of Point of View Beauty shared how incredibly happy she is in her current relationship, saying it’s unlike anything she’s experienced before. She explained that it’s more than just feeling good – she feels deeply calm and at peace with him. He’s also incredibly supportive, and she’s never felt so cared for in a relationship.
