Millie Bobby Brown is settling into a new chapter. 

Approximately fifteen days following her announcement about adopting a baby girl together with her husband Jake Bongiovi, the actress from Stranger Things posted the initial picture showcasing their family time with their new member.

In the Instagram post dated September 1st, Jake was spotted walking towards an airplane in the distance, dressed in a black hat, a jacket to match, cargo shorts, and cream-colored sneakers. His daughter was tucked inside a carrier he was holding. Although her face wasn’t visible in the picture, a peek of her delicate skin could be seen beneath a white baby blanket.

And that wasn’t the only peek Millie, 21, offered of her and Jake’s new journey as parents.

On another occasion, the couple who secretly married in May 2024 after being together for three years, had a quiet dinner date at a local diner. During this romantic evening, the founder of Florence by Mills, wearing a chic black halter top, took a mirror selfie while the actor from Sweethearts, aged 23, gave her a melting-heart kiss on the cheek.

This past week, they announced through their social media platform that they had recently welcomed a daughter into their family via adoption.

On August 21st, a post was shared on Millie’s Instagram that read: “This summer, we brought home our precious little girl via adoption. We can hardly contain our joy as we begin this incredible new phase of parenthood, filled with tranquility and discretion.

The couple added, “And then there were 3.” 

Despite keeping silent about their daughter’s name, Millie might have accidentally let slip the initials when she was spotted in the Hamptons wearing a phone case that displayed “RDW” on its back.

Additionally, it was previously revealed by the actress known for her role in “Enola Holmes” that she had intentions to begin a family at a relatively early stage in life.

She shared on the SmartLess podcast in March that her mother gave birth to her first child at 21, and her father was only 19 years old. This has always been her aspiration, as she admired how her mother raised her even before she met Jake. Her dream was to become a mother just like the way her mother had been for her.
