With the recent Dreamspell update for Monster Hunter Wilds, Capcom has brought back a helpful Support Hunter for a limited time. Since many players are still finding the Omega Planetes fight challenging or trying to get rare rewards, this event is a great chance to farm for anything you might have missed.
Good news for Monster Hunter fans! Fabius, a familiar face and now the leader of the Hunter’s Guild in Monster Hunter Wilds, will be available again as a Support Hunter. While he won’t replace a full team of players, he’s a great option if you need an extra hand and don’t have a group of four.
The Support Hunter Fabius Is The Perfect Hunting Companion
Capcom’s Helping Hand To Beat Wilds’ Toughest Challenges
As players progress in Monster Hunter Wilds and tackle its toughest challenges, Support Hunters like Fabius become incredibly valuable. Fabius uses a defensive lance and can significantly improve your hunts, especially when fighting monsters that use wide, sweeping attacks or are constantly on the offensive.
If you still need rewards from the Final Fantasy event quests, building a strong NPC team with Fabius and other supportive Hunters who can defend well – like Kai, Allessa, or Mina – is a good strategy. However, Fabius will be leaving Monster Hunter Wilds again when the Dreamspell Festival of Accord finishes on November 11th, but he will return with the next seasonal event.
Wilds’ Dreamspell Festival Lets You Catch Up On Missed Rewards
Bringing Back Access To All Of Monster Hunter Wilds’ Event Quests
The limited-time Dreamspell Festival in Monster Hunter Wilds focuses on rewards earned through daily logins and completing bounties, rather than repeatedly playing event quests. This is a great opportunity to spend extra time challenging difficult Arch-Tempered monsters, such as the new Nu Udra, or to tackle Omega Planetes if you haven’t already.
The Dreamspell Festival of Accord is back in Monster Hunter Wilds, giving you another chance to complete past event quests until November 11th. This is a great opportunity to collect any exclusive cosmetic items, armor, or weapons you might have missed during the last year.
You won’t be able to get event-specific rewards that were previously available through daily login tickets, such as the Blossomdance or Afi armor. However, you can still earn almost all other limited-time rewards in Monster Hunter Wilds during the current festival, and it’s even easier with strong Support Hunters like Fabius to help you out.
