About
The beloved 1983 platformer, Montezuma’s Revenge, is back with updated 2.5D graphics! To celebrate its 40th anniversary, this version expands on the original with 100 challenging rooms to discover, realizing the complete vision of its creator, Robert Jaeger. You can now play as either Pedro or his sister, Rosita, exploring dangerous ruins and searching for incredible treasures!
As a longtime fan, I’m so excited about Montezuma’s Revenge: The 40th Anniversary Edition! They’ve completely rebuilt it with amazing 3D graphics, but it still plays just like the classic 2D game I remember. You’ll be running, jumping, and climbing through challenging levels, grabbing treasures, dodging traps, and fighting off enemies. The goal? Find those keys, make it through to the end, and escape with all your loot – and your life! It’s a fantastic update that stays true to the original.
