MTV VMAs 2025: Lady Gaga Thanks Fiancé Michael Polansky

Lady Gaga is writing a good romance with Michael Polansky.

Following her victory over Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar, Bad Bunny, Beyoncé, Morgan Wallen, and the Weeknd for Artist of the Year at the 2025 MTV Music Video Awards, she expressed a heartwarming message to her partner.

To my constant companion, Michael,” Gaga expressed on stage at UBS Arena in Elmont, New York, on September 7th. “Bringing this year’s projects to life with you was a splendid, enchanting experience. During her performance at The Mayhem Ball in Madison Square Garden, Lady Gaga took a moment to emphasize her devoted followers, affectionately called Little Monsters, before graciously accepting her award. She expressed that words couldn’t capture the emotion this honor held for her.

She went on to say, “Your unique style of navigating life is exceptional and scarcely found.” This distinctive approach belongs solely to you. I’m presenting this award to everyone here. You all truly merit a spotlight, and I offer you my applause. Even with Gaga having won 19 VMAs, she explained the emotions she experienced upon receiving the Artist of the Year award, particularly given the intense competition.

She clarified that reflecting on the concept of being compensated for being an artist, since the work itself is inherently fulfilling, can be puzzling. She further elaborated that being an artist is essentially about linking spirits globally. It’s a form of expression, a skill aimed at touching hearts deeply, where it establishes roots and encourages dreaming.

Certainly, Lady Gaga’s “Poker Face” singer expresses that her career entails having a responsibility to inspire audiences to laugh, dance, weep, and feel liberated at every opportunity.

She went on to say that this approach fosters comprehension and encourages unity within the community. My wish for you is that amidst the chaos of everyday existence, you remember the significance of your own life, and find solace in your personal resilience and basic abilities, which help you stay intact.
