My Dress-Up Darling Gets the Perfect R-Rated Merch for Season 2

While *My Dress-Up Darling* is known for its sweet romance, it also includes some playful and suggestive content. A particularly funny, adult-themed scene from the show’s second season (currently airing on Crunchyroll) has now been made into merchandise! Fans can now proudly display their love for the characters Marin and Gojo with a new clothing item that perfectly captures the spirit of the ongoing season. The show already has a good selection of merchandise, but this new piece is a standout.

Movic, a company known for anime merchandise, has released a new hoodie based on the popular series *My Dress-Up Darling*. It’s a perfect recreation of the one Marin gives to Gojo during a key scene in the anime. Fans will remember this is the hoodie featuring Shizuku Kuroe – a character Marin adores – and it’s quite a bold design considering Gojo’s shy personality! The hoodie includes the phrase “I Nurujyo” and is currently available for pre-order for 7,150 yen (about $48). You can find it here: [link not included as it’s implied].

My Dress-Up Darling’s New Merch References Season 2’s Best Episode

Beyond the impressive cosplay, *My Dress-Up Darling* is fundamentally a story about how Marin and Gojo grow as people and develop their relationship. While season 2 has featured less romance and more focus on the cosplay itself, many romance fans consider the episode where Gojo wears the hoodie to be the season’s highlight.

This scene highlights a classic misunderstanding common in anime romances. Marin mistakenly thinks Gojo wants to spend the night with her, while he’s just grabbing an energy drink to fuel an all-night gaming session – he’s trying to avoid it *being* a sleepover! After his bath, Marin gives him a revealing hoodie to wear. The contrast between Gojo’s personality and the hoodie’s design is already amusing, but combined with Marin’s misinterpretation – she believes he’s making a move while wearing something so suggestive – it creates a truly hilarious moment that perfectly captures why viewers adore this duo.

Season 2 of My Dress-Up Darling is currently airing on Crunchyroll.
